What I like best about TempWorks is the combination of a truly end-to-end ATS/CRM and the ability to tailor it to how our staffing business actually works. We can customize fields, reports, and workflows, and tie everything together with automations and their Open API. The e-document system is a little clunky, but they are overhauling the whole system as we speak. I also wish it would automatically identify and flag pay rates that are below certain local minimum wage thresholds, but you're able to set up custom payroll proofing alerts and any other type of flag that you desire.
