What problems is Temperstack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Challenge - With a vast ecosystem of doctors, clinics, labs, pharmacies, and patients interacting across multiple services (teleconsults, bookings, medicine orders, EHRs), "blind spots" in monitoring can lead to missed issues. A doctor's video consultation might freeze, an appointment might not be logged, or a medicine order might fail without immediate detection.

Their Solution -Temperstack's ALCOM Score and Automated Alert Setup would proactively identify unmonitored critical paths (e.g., payment gateways for consultations, video streaming for telemedicine, EHR database integrity, medicine inventory checks). What problems is Temperstack solving and how is that benefiting you?

With just one entry-level engineer, tracking alerting and monitoring key service and infrastructure health metrics, as well as setting up alerts, became challenging. Temperstack enabled us to achieve complete visibility with minimal effort for our existing infrastructure and services. What do you like best about Temperstack?

Concerning the actual monitoring, the simplicity of configuring the alerts and having pre-configured templates allowed us to set a basic monitoring on our key services; and integrating it with the existing infrastructure that we already had in Datadog. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Temperstack?

I felt that templates that were provided to use as defaults were somehow restrictive for the actual requirements. We could not set specification alert escalation policies based on the severity or type of an alert or an incident. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Temperstack?

I was captivated with the efficient organization of the incidents through Temperstack. It was also easy to configure the pre-built integrations with widely-used tools such as Datadog, which would help save configuration time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Temperstack?

I found that Temperstack’s escalation and routing options leave me with almost no freedom when choosing how to proceed. I am not able to create workflows for escalating people to different engineers if the alert is severe or of a certain type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
