Gain total alerting as quickly as possible **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Mohammed A. | Head of PR, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024 **What do you like best about Temperstack?** Concerning the actual monitoring, the simplicity of configuring the alerts and having pre-configured templates allowed us to set a basic monitoring on our key services; and integrating it with the existing infrastructure that we already had in Datadog. **What do you dislike about Temperstack?** I felt that templates that were provided to use as defaults were somehow restrictive for the actual requirements. We could not set specification alert escalation policies based on the severity or type of an alert or an incident. **What problems is Temperstack solving and how is that benefiting you?** I found that incident management changes for the better in the case of Temperstack. With the help of automated alert and templates, we were able to present faster time detection and lowest alert in fatigue for our operation team. ### 2.
