What problems is Temperstack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Challenge - With a vast ecosystem of doctors, clinics, labs, pharmacies, and patients interacting across multiple services (teleconsults, bookings, medicine orders, EHRs), "blind spots" in monitoring can lead to missed issues. A doctor's video consultation might freeze, an appointment might not be logged, or a medicine order might fail without immediate detection.

Their Solution -Temperstack's ALCOM Score and Automated Alert Setup would proactively identify unmonitored critical paths (e.g., payment gateways for consultations, video streaming for telemedicine, EHR database integrity, medicine inventory checks). What problems is Temperstack solving and how is that benefiting you?

With just one entry-level engineer, tracking alerting and monitoring key service and infrastructure health metrics, as well as setting up alerts, became challenging. Temperstack enabled us to achieve complete visibility with minimal effort for our existing infrastructure and services.
