What do you like best about TeamUp?

Support teams are fast, efficient and super friendly. The software was very user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamUp?

There’s no capacity to write patient notes, I’d need a separate software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Does everything I need it to and more"

What do you like best about TeamUp?

I love how any changes to my class schedule or membership prices etc are reflected on my website immediately.

The discount codes and milestone emails are something that I use regularly.

When I first signed up for team up the customer support was at the end of the phone line which was brilliant. Now you can still get it over the phone however it needs to be booked Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamUp?

I wish there was an easy way to show reporting on attendance class numbers and being able to display this in a graph would be REALLY helpful; the same also for revenue so I can see attendance/revenue trends over a 12 month period.

If I'm honest, I don't use all the functionality and the size of my business doesn't really support the price. I would be so happy if there was a way to reduce the quantity of features available to use, and also reduce the cost of the subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
