According to G2 data, TeamUp pricing in 2026 starts at $119.00. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the DaySmart's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is TeamUp pricing best suited for?

Based on G2 reviewer demographics, TeamUp's pricing is best suited for small businesses in the health, wellness, fitness, and sports industries, particularly independent gym owners, yoga and Pilates studios, martial arts academies, and boutique fitness operators. G2 reviewers consistently represent businesses with under 50 employees, and the volume-based pricing model is especially appealing to growing studios with 50 to 600 active members. Operators with fewer than 20 clients occasionally flag the entry price as high relative to their scale, while businesses managing 100 or more members tend to view TeamUp's pricing as fair and well-structured. Franchise networks and multi-instructor facilities also appear frequently among satisfied G2 reviewers.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of TeamUp?

TeamUp does not offer a permanent free version, but G2's pricing data for TeamUp confirms a free trial is available for businesses evaluating the platform. TeamUp's paid plans start at $119/month and use a customer-volume scaling model rather than feature-gating, meaning all features including CRM, waivers, online payments, access control, memberships, reporting, Google Analytics integration, and APIs are accessible from the entry level. According to G2 reviewers, this all-inclusive approach is a standout differentiator, with multiple users specifically praising that no features are locked behind higher tiers. G2 reviewers of TeamUp are largely positive about its value, with the platform earning strong ratings despite recurring mentions of cost concerns from very small operators. Many G2 users explicitly note that TeamUp's pricing feels justified given the breadth of features included at every tier, with no paywalled add-ons. Reviewers frequently compare TeamUp favorably to MindBody, citing it as a more affordable alternative. However, several G2 reviewers running solo or micro businesses flag that the starting price of $119/month feels steep relative to their client volume. One reviewer noted that after calculating saved admin time, TeamUp proved genuinely cost-effective, a sentiment echoed across multiple reviews.

"Intuitive and Effective for Membership Management"

5/5

What do you like best about TeamUp?

I like how user-friendly TeamUp is. It's very simple from both the management side and the customer side, making it easy to navigate. I also like the customer management portal where I can see who has signed up but hasn't purchased a session or booked, because this allows me to follow up and boost numbers. Additionally, I appreciate being able to monitor and manage group sizes for each booking. The initial setup of TeamUp was a breeze, or as I like to say, 'easy peasy lemon squeezing.' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamUp?

Sometimes the app is a little bit laggy and takes a little bit of time. And I also think that the web version is probably slightly more user friendly from an information management point of view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use TeamUp to manage sign-ups and memberships from across Fit box, track bookings, and follow up with customers. It's user-friendly from both management and customer sides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
