In einer einzigen Cloud-Plattform verbindet teamspace Projektmanagement, Zeiterfassung, CRM, Rechnungssoftware und Service Desk – DSGVO-konform, Made in Germany. Wer Beratung, Entwicklung oder Planung verkauft, steht meist vor zwei ungünstigen Wegen: fünf Insellösungen, die nichts voneinander wissen, oder ein schweres ERP-Projekt mit monatelanger Einführung. teamspace sitzt bewusst dazwischen – ein System für das ganze Dienstleistungsgeschäft, das schlank bleibt und in Tagen startklar ist, ab einer Lizenz und ab 19 Euro pro Nutzer und Monat. Der Nutzen zeigt sich im Alltag: Jede im Projekt gebuchte Stunde wird ohne Export zu Umsatz, Marge und Auslastung sind tagesaktuell statt erst am Quartalsende. Die Rechnungssoftware erstellt E-Rechnungen als ZUGFeRD und XRechnung ohne Zusatztool, inklusive Mahnwesen und DATEV-Export – die B2B-E-Rechnungspflicht ist damit von Anfang an abgedeckt. The hour booked in the project goes directly onto the invoice, e-invoicing with ZUGFeRD and XRechnung is included without additional tools, and I can see the margin and utilization on a daily basis. Additionally, the server is located in Germany and there is support that understands our business. **What do you dislike about teamspace?** The range of functions is initially large, so it takes a moment to get to know all the possibilities and set up the appropriate modules for oneself. A classic self-service test access for immediate trial is missing; the entry is through an initial consultation. For us, it was worth it, but those who prefer to test alone will need to adjust briefly. **What problems is teamspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, projects, timesheets, CRM, and invoices were in separate tools and Excel lists – data had to be maintained and exported twice, and we only saw the margin at the end of the quarter. With teamspace, this all runs in one system: Booked hours go directly to the invoice, e-invoices with ZUGFeRD and XRechnung are generated without additional tools, and utilization as well as project margin are visible on a daily basis. This saves us time weekly, prevents transmission errors, and makes billing significantly faster. ### 2.
