What convinces me the most is that everything is truly integrated into one system: projects, time tracking, CRM, and billing all work together without the need for export. The hour booked in the project goes directly onto the invoice, e-invoicing with ZUGFeRD and XRechnung is included without additional tools, and I can see the margin and utilization on a daily basis. The range of functions is initially large, so it takes a moment to get to know all the possibilities and set up the appropriate modules for oneself. A classic self-service test access for immediate trial is missing; the entry is through an initial consultation. Previously, projects, timesheets, CRM, and invoices were in separate tools and Excel lists – data had to be maintained and exported twice, and we only saw the margin at the end of the quarter. With teamspace, this all runs in one system: Booked hours go directly to the invoice, e-invoices with ZUGFeRD and XRechnung are generated without additional tools, and utilization as well as project margin are visible on a daily basis.
