The drop-off cases tend to be teams that kept the real close in a spreadsheet and used the platform as a mirror; mirrors get stale, and stale mirrors get abandoned. So the question for any of these isn&#39;t training quality, it&#39;s whether you&#39;re prepared to delete the spreadsheet.&lt;/p&gt;
