Brandable All-in-One CRM with Great Value **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Ninos H. | Digital Projects, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026 **What do you like best about Agiled?** Customisable CRM software, its sort of a complete project management app, CRM< Finance, HRM, with some Essentials like wikis, files, reports.. its easy to setup, gives us freedom to enable /disable features. easily brandable. with recent updates, they allowed for Agency account level, which enables us to manage multiple brands under one account. the UI/UX is pretty easy and straightforward , nothing confusing. i am not fond of its performance in general, seems a bit slow at times, not sure why, is it the servers? the software itself? integrations are pretty decent, we use albato, (i know zapier and pabbly would-be a plus for many users too) Teams, Zoom and Xero, major integration plus. many others too. worth checking out. we have not reached out to support staff so i cannot speak to that. but we never needed it either. I am aware of AI assist within the software we just never used it, didn't find a need so far. lastly, in terms of costing, i bought this as part of Lifetime deal, not sure if they still have it running or not, but it was a great purchase great value. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** i guess the performance, seems a bit slow.. as far as i know, we cannot fully edit/customise templates (tho there are some samples to modify and use) but a fully customisable coded-template would be nice, similar to what Zoho for example would offer. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** CRM - customers management and invoicing. Reports are good. our direct use-case is as a CRM + invoicing system. ### 2. The best part about the app: it's easy to use. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** Agiled has improved a lot since I first started using it but I still have problems setting up integrations from time to time. I believe that the developer should focus more on making one module great before moving on to next one. It's a jack of all trades and master of none in it's current shape. They do lifetime deals all the time and try to show minor improvements (not really) to get more people to buy it, but as soon as the deal is over so is their commitment. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** It doesn't solve anything anymore. The finance function within Agiled became my go-to for managing expenses and effortlessly uploading purchase invoices. It gave me a clear overview of my financial transactions and ensured I stayed on top of my financial responsibilities. When it came to project management, Agiled truly excelled. I relied on its powerful tools to track milestones, manage tasks and visualize progress through its Gantt Chart feature. The first thing is that the most important thing in applications is missing and this is a common pain for publishers !!! no Polish language! The most notable feature that I like is the CRM, Project and Task Management. As an admin, I can change access role of each steam, i can hide features that is not needed for a team or for an individual. Another one is the white label option. I didn't mention the other cool features but this one alone is already crazy. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** The only thing i notice when using it and I dislike is the native app, there is some glitch but I heard they are releasing a new update. Agiled allows me to achieve both goals and even more. It contains all I need to run my business in one solo software. I much appreciated the feature of ticket support to offer to my customer. This deal is very cost effective and gives a huge value in return. The 100 gb of storage is itself a great plus. All we need is stored in one place. I also can manage my team, the time spent into one project and the payments. My small company now has a software that allows us to work as in a very well structured company. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** At the moment I am getting familiar with all the settings you may choose. I saw there is a support webpage with guides. It gives me a lot of possibilites for managing my business. I liked that I can concentrate a lot of my work in the tool and even for the things that I can, it offers integration with tools like Zapier. Too many use possibilities and I kind got lost. Another thing I'd like to be changed is the UI. Very nice so far. There are some errors in the platform like sending direct mail to a contact issue and the bulk remove contact option is limited to 100 so you better not import a wrong list. But for a single platform with all its features in this print point, it's a win anyway. My goal was to find something that would be easy to customize and integrate with my existing services. Something I could also redesign to fit my brand's style. Within 24 hours after purchase, I had my own white-label client portal ready. Furthermore, I wanted a system that had readily available documentation, so I am not forced to hit the 'chat' button every hour for a question. This is where Agiled excelled. Being able to manage projects, proposals, workflows, and accounting from one place is invaluable. You'll definitely have a lot to take in at first since there are so many features, and some of the actions are not intuitive. Since then, I've customized it to fit my company's needs. While I don't need all the modules now, as my business takes off, I will utilize most of them. In the end, combining so many other products saves so much time and money. Based on their Roadmap, I am confident they will add more features and address any existing issues. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** Currently, the integration with Zoho Books is a little wonky and having issues but the support team is responsive. Overall no issues with Agiled as of now. At the start of the year, I tried to "get organized" in my business. It didn't work because I wasn't honest with myself; I needed help. In times past, I purchased similar programs with similar promises on AppSumo, namely SuiteDash... I can say without hesitation that Agiled is the absolute tool I've bought ever, even better than Writerzen and Outplay (and they both are rockstars.) **What do you dislike about Agiled?** I dislike a few things about Agiled; for instance, I would like to see more robust onboarding and a better walkthrough of the onboarding process. I also wish there was more emphasis on the marketing process. Marketing should be the cornerstone of this product. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need several of the tools Agiled included. The added bonus is the connectivity of all the tools, so now I can do everything from a single platform. It’s amazing how much more efficient everything is now that everything is connected. Whenever I have a question about a client, I can just hop in the CRM and look it up and know that its the same information throughout the tools. Amazing. ### 22. For some views, such as notifications, it is also not yet seamless because the notification can only be read when we open it (there is no button that leads to the content automatically). Communication between internal and employees as well as external with clients also runs smoothly. Sweet All-In-One Office Suite **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Photography | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022 **What do you like best about Agiled?** What I like: - Support: I had a couple of issues getting set up and support was quick to get back to me and help me sort things out. - Ability to white-label, even with just one appsumo code. - Ability to track all your clients, projects, invoices, contracts, estimates and more in one place. - Good templates to help you get started. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** What I'd like to see next: - Hoping to be able to change colors of things like on invoices and contracts (you can change the colors on the dashboard already, and it may just be that I haven't figured out how to change these colors on the contracts, etc.) - Hoping for prettier email templates and invoices and such (as a photographer/graphic designer, I'm worried about this sort of thing). I asked and the developers did say this was coming. **Recommendations to others considering Agiled:** If you've never used a CRM or all-in-one system before, this does take a little bit of work to figure out. But once you get it set up, it will save you time in the long run by having things all together. The support team is very helpful. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a business suite solution. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'd been on the lookout for a good business suite for my small photography business when I came across Agiled. I had looked at Dubsado, Honeybook and 17 Hats, before buying this one. I have never used a CRM or office suite before, so it did take me a bit to understand and get things set up. This software does a lot! My purpose was to manage my clients and keep track of my business (projects, contracts, invoices, etc.) all in one place, instead of in a notebook (yes, I know, it's 2022!) I'm happy to have an easy way to manage. ### 48. In addition, it is in French, as well as the application available for IOS and Google Play Reactive support for my questions (it's very important for us), additional functions that can be activated or not and an input structure designed for the user (bravo) I highly recommend acquiring this awesome business CRM software! You can manage sales pipeline, staff/ employees, and even a form builder for lead gen. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** Some of the items are in beta so waiting for them to crush some bugs. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a CRM tool to manage clients' contacts and invoice the clients. Agiled was able to do that and even more. ### 50. It has also been reported that it is possible to create two contacts with the same email address: this must not happen, because having duplicates is not acceptable. **Recommendations to others considering Agiled:** Finally, a product completely available in Italian **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have given up on tools like freshproposal and it allows me to have everything related to the client for any type of activity.
