**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

I really like how Teamflect seamlessly integrates into Microsoft Teams, which is a big plus for us since we use Teams as our official communication platform. This integration is valuable because it brings performance management and HR processes directly into the day-to-day workspace where people already communicate and collaborate. Instead of logging into a separate system, employees can complete reviews, respond to feedback, set goals, and participate in surveys within Teams. The initial setup of Teamflect was very easy, and the Teamflect team was available throughout the process.

Nothing, teamflect is working great for us.

I use Teamflect to centralize and streamline performance management, goal setting, and feedback. The integration with Microsoft Teams embeds HR processes into our daily workflow, enhancing employee engagement and simplifying reviews, surveys, and goal setting.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

What I like best about Teamflect is how easy it is to use while still providing useful tools for managing performance and feedback. It integrates well with Microsoft Teams, which makes it convenient to complete reviews, track goals, and give recognition without needing to switch platforms. The layout is clear and straightforward, making the whole process efficient.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

One of the main things I dislike about Teamflect is the pricing structure. The cost can be quite high, especially for smaller teams or organisations that may not use all of the available features. A more flexible or scalable pricing option would make it more accessible and better value for money.

Teamflect solves the problem of having performance management and staff-related tasks spread across different systems. By providing a central location for tasks such as reviews, feedback, and goal tracking, it makes it easier to manage and complete these activities efficiently. **What do you like best about Teamflect?**

We have been using Teamflect for over a year and a half, starting with one location and 800 users, and we are gradually rolling it out to other countries. It fully supports our end-to-end performance management cycle, including reviews, goal setting and engagement surveys. One of the most valuable features for us is embedding feedback forms directly into review forms, which makes the process structured and transparent. We also use the Tasks module to track follow-ups from reviews. The MS Teams integration made adoption very easy, and the admin side is user friendly. Our Customer Success Manager Sue has been extremely supportive throughout both implementation and further process optimization.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

As with any comprehensive tool, it takes time to fully explore and configure all modules to match internal processes, especially in a larger organization. When expanding to new countries, aligning global standards with local specifics requires careful setup. However, with the support of the Teamflect team, these challenges are manageable.

**What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamflect helps us centralize and standardize our performance management processes across countries and teams. Before, reviews, feedback, goals and follow-ups were often tracked in different tools or documents, which made consistency and visibility difficult.

Now, our entire PM cycle lives in one system integrated into MS Teams. It increases transparency, ensures structured feedback through embedded feedback forms, and helps us track concrete follow-up actions via the Tasks module. It also gives us a clear historical overview, even when managers change.

As a result, we have more aligned processes across the company, better accountability after reviews, and higher adoption by employees thanks to the seamless Teams integration.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

As a prior user of Viva Goals, we explored a large number of replacements for the service to allow our company to continue tracking OKRs. 

We were given lots of help with the onboarding process from our Account Manager, they were a great help and aided us in free trials and testing of Essential and Professional Licences to see all of the offerings varying on price.

The UI is much cleaner than what we were used to with Viva Goals and only continues to develop as time goes on. We're really impressed with the vocal roadmap updates and suggestions that you take from users.

We've managed to integrate Power Automate to allow us to check in which has been very handy.

We really like the individual 1-1s that can be conducted by management in Teamflect.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

Managing check ins and backdating those to specific dates has been a bit of a nightmare.

This makes it a bit more difficult to accurately date checkins.

**What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamflect is taking out a massive task of the alternative that would be maintaining and tracking our progress on OKRs within spreadsheets. The ease of using Teamflect has been such a great relief and frees up time to deal with other tasks.

Previously we were using Viva Goals to manage our OKRs however since that closed down we needed a replacement and tested a number of competitors. Teamflect came out on top after trialling.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

It offers inclusive performance management from start to finish. It also covers talent management and development, from competencies through to succession planning. The communication and intranet features help manage the related day-to-day work that supports performance.

Overall, it has many dimensions that support completing tasks and daily work, in addition to the major strategic goals. It’s very easy to use, and the tutorials help a lot in finalizing many activities and making implementation easier. I also liked its integration with Microsoft Office and how easily it links to emails. It supports frequent, daily use.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

Honestly, I can’t say there’s anything I dislike. They update the product frequently and respond right away whenever there are any problems.

It’s a performance management system that covers everything from goal setup through execution and reviews. Overall, it feels gross.

The recognitions area, I like it because it is great for helping employees feel good about their progress and truly appreciated.

I haven’t seen any downsides so far. To my knowledge, it’s easy to use, intuitive, and has great graphics that help make the overall experience better.

**What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamflect has been a game-changer because it keeps everything in one place. Since it integrates directly with the tools we already use every day, I don’t have to chase people down in different apps to get things done.

It’s been a huge help for onboarding and ongoing performance support, it’s much easier to get new team members up to speed and keep everyone’s goals visible and on track. The AI features are also a nice touch, because  they handle the heavy lifting of summarizing notes and spotting trends, which saves me a lot of time on the administrative side and lets me focus more on the team.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

Teamflect has good integration with the Office 365 suite, which makes it easy to access for organizations built on Microsoft. Not a lot of other OKR platforms we investigated had the same functionality.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

The user interface is sometimes clunky, and difficult to navigate or adapt to different screens especially when expanding text boxes for longer entries. Some of the features for tagging and categorizing are not always obvious either.

**What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an OKR and goal tracking system that allowed for more transparent sharing and also complemented our use of Office products. Teamflect, while not perfect, provides functionality for connecting OKRs, reporting, and measurement across several diverse teams. This is benefitting my role in communications by allowing me to see and assess/compare progress across very different offices.

I like how Teamflect helps me organize and guide our 1-on-1 discussions. It gives a clear structure where I can capture talking points, set goals, and track follow-ups from previous meetings without losing anything. The reminders and easy visibility into past notes keep my conversations with my manager focused and productive. It also encourages open communication because both sides can prepare in advance, which makes each session feel more meaningful and time-efficient.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

I use Teamflect for keeping track of 1-1 meetings with my manager and setting objectives while tracking progress. I like how easy it is to be organized and use it for both me and my manager, recognizing the different sides of the meeting. I also appreciate the reminders to fill in forms when meetings are coming up, which help us stay on track with organized boxes and reminders. Previously, our 1-1's could get lost if times were busy, but Teamflect helps to keep things consistent and saves time.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

It would be nice if you could pin your most used pages. At the moment you automatically go onto the home page, then navigate where you need to go. I would prefer if I could say, pin my objectives so I always see them.

Teamflect keeps my 1-1 meeting notes and objectives organized consistently, saving me from losing documents. It simplifies organization and is user-friendly for both me and my manager. Reminders for meetings keep us on track without missing our monthly 1-1s.

I appreciate that it supports collaboration with other people while preparing the review, and the features show a lot of promise for how they can work over the long term.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

I feel like the features aren’t as fully fleshed out as they could be, which can make them feel ineffective or overly complicated for new clients who are trying to figure out the best way to incorporate them into existing review practices. I also feel like the current formatting was designed without enough consideration for longer-term employees, where historical details matter more, and where there’s a need for clearer identifying information to distinguish between meetings.

I like how Teamflect helps me and my team at the church to keep track of each other's tasks and have a clear idea of what others are working on, making it easier to collaborate. Also, I like the way it allows me to see what my team members are working on in real time. It makes it easier for us to work together and helps me know what progress is being made, which reduces the need for meetings and makes us more efficient.

Sometimes the user interface feels a little cluttered and like there's too much going on. It can be difficult to find features.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

I use Teamflect to manage department OKRs, key results, and initiatives. It has resolved our issues with visibility among department heads and project managers, allowing us to record metrics clearly for everyone. I really like the user interface because it's friendly and straightforward, making every session seamless and efficient. The cohesion between Objectives and Key Results and how we can assign them to individuals within the company is great. Sending reminders to users to check in and update the status has been very useful and encourages engagement. Connecting Objectives and Key Results keeps things structured and eliminates duplication of effort. The reminders automate activity and set a cadence for communication between all stakeholders. The initial setup of Teamflect was very easy; I figured it out in 2 hours.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

When I'm asked 'how do you want to measure this objective/key result?' and I select stay above or stay below, the way it calculates the progress is confusing. Especially when a threshold is added. When a threshold and target are inputted, there should be a reflection of the current progress in the progress bar, even if it's not yet between the threshold and target. It currently makes it seem like there's no progress at all. It was more of an issue with administrative control and pricing.

Teamflect improves visibility for department heads and project managers, allowing clear metric recording. It connects Objectives and Key Results, structuring them without duplication. Automated reminders boost engagement and communication, making tracking efficient. The friendly interface makes sessions seamless.

The most helpful aspects of teamflect include, but are not limited to, the ability to set and see all of my goals in one place, schedule meetings with teammates, set-up team reviews, surveys, and receive feedback on my work.  It's like large bulletin board that keeps track of everything for me.

There's a lack of adequate reminders for tasks.

The best thing about Teamflect is how user-friendly, intuitive, and interactive its features are. It helps organisations build a culture where people are at the centre of everything.
It's super easy to implement in the organisation, and the support provided to the customers is top.

There is nothing i dislike in Teamflect. There are features to improve or redefine but that's nothing i dislike.

Because it’s easy to use and intuitive, Teamflect makes it very simple to implement processes such as performance reviews, 360-degree assessments, feedback, and goal tracking. **What do you like best about Teamflect?**

What I appreciate most is the flexibility and the modern feel. The customer support is strong, and the product seems to be in continuous development with a clearly customer-focused approach. It feels like the team really listens to needs, and the sync with Teams is smooth. I love the fact that the customer is able to A LOT themselves as admins. The system itself is self-explanatory. Implementation was easier than I thought, the usage is constantly increasing and we gather a lot of positive feedback from end-users.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

Sometimes integration with AD is delayed; there are parts of the system that are not suitable for big companies (5k+ employees) with matrix and complicated units - but I must admin that due the fact that they listen to their customers, I can see that they work on it

**What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It supports a continuous dialogue approach by letting me keep notes, facts, goals, tasks, comments, and feedback all in one place. It also supports the digital HR journey by removing unnecessary paper and reducing manual work. Supporting manager and employees with performance talks and 1:1 - with the system support they can focus on real dialogue.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

I find Teamflect really useful for our teams, especially for performance reviews and teamwork. It helps us capture our quarterly or monthly reviews data effectively. The software itself is rather good, and I think all its functionalities like recognitions, feedback, giving each other goals, and reviews are quite comprehensive. Even our HR team, who are not the most technically inclined, found it easy to set up and configure. It seems to be working quite well.

Nothing really I think its pretty good.

What I have liked best about Teamflect is how seamlessly it integrates performance management into our team’s daily workflow. Because it lives directly within Microsoft Teams, it doesn’t feel like “another system” to log into.

We officially launched the full performance review platform at the beginning of 2026, and the feedback from employees has been positive. The buildout process was incredibly easy and intuitive, which made implementation smooth and efficient for our team. We were able to customize the platform to align with our performance philosophy without overcomplicating the experience for managers or associates.

I also appreciate how Teamflect supports continuous feedback and goal visibility, helping us move away from performance being an administrative process performed only once or twice-a-year.

I am especially excited about the items on their product roadmap and look forward to experiencing even more enhancements as they continue to innovate. It is clear they are committed to evolving alongside their customers’ needs.

One area for improvement is the current formatting constraints within the review forms, which can limit flexibility when designing the review experience. 

Additionally, at this time there is no direct integration between Teamflect and our HRIS to automatically store finalized performance reviews. As a result, we must download completed reviews each cycle and manually upload them into individual employee records. While manageable, a more seamless integration would significantly improve administrative efficiency.

Teamflect is solving the problem of performance management, feeling like a “check-the-box” process that only happens once or twice a year. - For objectives that were dropped halfway, there was no possibility to key in the percentage of completion. Therefore at first glance it looks like the objectives were dropped without any work done.

I love how you can have different views for tasks and projects, which is important to many people since everyone likes to see things differently. For example, you can apply a cap to recognition points for employees but I would like the cap to be set higher (or not at all) for admin/people leaders since they should be giving out recognitions at a higher rate than other employees but that is hard to do if there is a point cap. But, I know Teamflect is upgrading their platform on a regular basis so I expect these small issues to change in the future.

I've been using Teamflect for a few months now, and honestly, it's been great. The fact that it works right inside Teams is perfect - no need to learn another app or get everyone to switch platforms.

Setting it up was super easy, and the interface just makes sense. I love how I can do performance reviews and set goals without leaving Teams. The 1-on-1 meeting features are handy too, and my team actually uses the feedback tools regularly.

I'll admit I'm still pretty new to it, so I haven't dug into all the analytics and advanced stuff yet. But for what I need right now - keeping track of team performance and making reviews less of a headache - it's working really well.

The pricing seems fair, especially since it saves us from needing a separate HR platform. If you're already using Teams and want something that just works without a steep learning curve, definitely worth trying out.

Now everything's just... there. I can see how people are doing on their goals without having to ask, and the 1-on-1 templates actually make those conversations useful instead of awkward. The analytics are pretty neat too - I'm catching patterns I would've missed before, like who's consistently hitting their targets versus who might need more support. Basically, went from -- "performance reviews are a necessary evil" to "oh, this actually helps us work better together."

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

- Provides structure for my team which we did not have in the past.
- Great for out fortnightly one on ones with a set agenda and shared notes. This allows my team to prepare for each meeting.
- Great tasks function ensuring the team are delivering on actions. 
- The UI makes it very easy to use, so the team are using it without any frustrations, as they see the value but its also easy to navigate.
- Our business lacked a system and this was implemented quickly with immediate buy-in from the team.  Easy instructions from the TeamFlect team and regular emails from customer support at the start to ensure we had everything covered.
- We use this for setting and tracking KPIs and Personal Development plans, which has inspired the team to put more focus in this area as it is now visible and a key part of out one on ones.
- This was simple to integrate as we already use Teams and this add on makes it easy to access instead of having to open another app.
- We use this weekly to track goals, meetings, tasks, recognitions and looking forward to using this for annual performance reviews and surveys at the end of the financial year.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

Nothing I dislike about TeamFlect, it has added so much value to my team, providing clear structure and visibility on goals and tasks which has been a game changer.

- Solving planning ensuring tasks are set and completed in a timely manner. 
- Providing structure to meetings which has resulted in more meaningful meetings and more buy-in from my team as they can see they value meetings are now having.
- Great for KPIs and personal development, now having an easy to access system showing new steps and progress.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

I use Teamflect in the workplace to set and agree on goals with my manager, which helps make tasks and goals clear and easy to set and understand. I appreciate how meeting notes can be stored very easily. The software is simple and easy to use and navigate, and it works well for managing people. I also use it in conjunction with Microsoft Teams, which is a bonus for me.

It would be better if there was more in depth options for analysis

The main drawback is that everyone in the organization needs to register in order to get the most effective use out of it. For example, features like peer-to-peer reviews work best when everyone is signed up.

It helps solve the challenges of accountability, planning, prioritization, and task execution by keeping work organized and making it easier to follow through on what needs to get done.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

I like that Teamflect is easy to use. The interface is clear, and I don't need extensive instructions. I can use it from both my laptop and my phone, and it works well on both. It saves an incredible amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

When you enter things directly on the interface with Teamflect on the iPhone, it is not very practical. It doesn't say, start server, but is directly active, which can be frustrating.

With Teamflect, we don't have to hold daily or weekly meetings to be on the same page.

The integration with my MS365 account and setup is seamless. I can easily define OKRs and keep track of 1-1s, reviews, and feedback, all of which are digitalized.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

There is a need for more integration with various tools, particularly when it comes to updating OKR targets using specific project management and task tracking platforms such as Asana, JIRA, or other similar options available in the market.

**What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, performance evaluations are tracked manually by completing a PDF form. Afterward, KPIs are established in an Excel file, which can help disseminate and break down information for better alignment within the company.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

I would say that Teamflect has been incredibly useful for collaborating on timelines and ensuring that objective measures remain visible to the team. I appreciate the gentle reminders to update goals and make adjustments when necessary.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

The main aspect I would like to see improved in Teamflect is how easy it is to enter progress reports and notes. When I first started using the platform, I found there were too many reminders about goals, but this issue appears to have gotten better over time.

**What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our department consists of six members, each responsible for managing different segments of the portfolio. In the past, it was challenging to keep track of everyone's progress. However, since we started using Teamflect, we've been able to monitor our teammates' progress more easily and provide support whenever necessary.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

The ability to track all contributions that I have made to work programmes. It is also very simple to use our team, easily joined and was able to start using it in a day or less. I often get messages from customer support if we need assistance, but it is so easy and straightforward. I use it very often to organize my tasks. It works well because we use office 365 so it integrates with teams as well.

There is no overall calendar to display when projects are due. Would be good for a visual display of month.

This software addresses the problem of not having a project management tool. It also assists team members in keeping track of their responsibilities and ensuring tasks are completed.

I love how Teamflect helps with organization and meetings, making everything feel more connected. It really simplifies my day-to-day activities at work and helps with organization and time management targets. I appreciate that it's all synchronized with Teams, which keeps it very clean. The initial setup was very straightforward, making it easy to get started.

It does feel a little complex in some areas - targets and goals for example. I think this could be made more simple and user-friendly.
