Honestly the ROI question didn&#39;t click for us until we looked at how long quotes were taking. Our estimator was spending like half his day on spreadsheets and still sending stuff that looked rough compared to what bigger shops were sending out. Once that got cleaned up, everything downstream kind of followed. I don&#39;t think there&#39;s a universal answer but quoting was where we felt it first.
