I feel like there could be more options to include within tasks. Specifically, I would like a way to group tasks together, a feature to mark tasks as 'being worked on,' and the ability to set two dates for each task: one for when I want it completed by and another for the absolute last day it can be completed. Teamflect is super user friendly and makes collaboration so much easier. It is hard to take notes, collaborate, add ideas, etc., online and Teamflect makes it super easy to do that. The only frustrating thing is that sometimes it struggles on phone/tablet. It still works 85% of the time, but sometimes it doesn't load or struggles to translate things over right away. We love how perfectly it fits into Microsoft Teams & Outlook. We log in with our Microsoft account and it is good to go. It also has pretty much every single performance management feature we need, be it goal setting with custom terminology, reviews, feedback, etc. Couldn't be happier.
