Update to my 2024 review: We had a major change this year and TaxValet has yet again been instrumental in helping us navigate the ins and outs of sales taxes. Again they have been very thorough in assisting us, following up and making sure we stay on track. We have put them to work and they have done more than just show up and do their jobs, they have done an AMAZING job!

They are extremely thorough in everything they do. We have had such a positive experience with them in the last year. We were recently with a SaS company that ran numbers, and that is all. Sure they were cheaper, but ALL they did was use their software to run numbers and submit returns to the state. If there was an issue, it was up to us to connect with the states to figure out this very complex world of sales taxes. Update to my 2024 review: I can't think of anything that would make me say I dislike anything about them. They have risen to all the challenges that have we have tossed at them, and never have they said "that is out of scope."

I would love to see them get into other aspects of taxes that come with sales tax such as helping with Registered Agents and working with the Secretary of State. I understand the limitations, and they have been helpful as they can be in this sector, but it would be awesome to have these two areas of expertise under the same roof.
