I have used the unclaimed property software for years. Its easy to use; pretty self explanatory. Report running is great, the state filing reports is great, and I like that its customizable to whatever I need. Although the software is great, I would say my favorite thing is the customer service. They will answer any question through email or phone calls. They are always willing to help out. I have had instances where they have gone step by step with me for something. The zoom informational calls they have are a great help too. A few years ago, I had dinner with the unclaimed team and other users, we chatted about our likes and dislikes and soon after most of the items were added/resolved. I was quite impressed.
