**What do you like best about Tango?**

I like how easy it is to purchase and distribute gift cards through Blackhawk Network. We use the platform for employee incentives and rewards, and I appreciate the variety of gift card options available. The ordering process is straightforward and makes managing our incentive programs much easier.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

The biggest downside for me is that the branding can be a little confusing. We use Blackhawk Network/Hawk Marketplace for our gift card purchases, so I wasn't actually familiar with the Tango name. It wasn't immediately clear to me that Tango was connected to the platform we already use. Other than that, our experience purchasing gift cards has been pretty straightforward.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We really haven't experienced many problems, which has been a benefit in itself. If anything does come up, our rep, John Gross, has always been very responsive and quick to help us resolve it. Having a reliable point of contact makes the entire process easy and gives us confidence that any issues will be handled quickly.

**What do you like best about Tango?**

The most helpful thing about using Tango is that I can seamlessly upload a spreadsheet with names and addresses and have that information ready whenever I need to pull a report. It saves me from having to add each person one by one and makes the whole process much easier. The value is significant to us because we have been able to scale our gift card operations significantly since using BHN.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

One downside, in my opinion, is that you can’t cancel a gift card if a patient says they didn’t receive it.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the challenge of sending gift cards to a large group of people. Before using Tango, we were having issues with tracking who received a gift card because all of this was done through a spreadsheet. After implantation, we are now able to track each person that received a gift card, how many they have received, and the turnaround time on everything has changed exponentially. It sometimes would take us months to fill our backlog of patients and now the turnaround time is daily.

**What do you like best about Tango?**

Overall, the user experience is great. The biggest advantage for me is being able to upload a bulk order all at once, even when it includes different templates. The pricing is fair. And support has always been helpful in finding solutions, even if I messed it up!

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

My only frustration at times is that the bulk upload process requires me to manually create a file first. If there were a way to upload the haphazard file I get from a client and have AI figure out the columns I need, that would be a real game changer. Also occasionally there is some downtime which is not great!

Tango lets us integrate rewards into our programs and recognize good performance whenever needed.

The main thing I dislike about Tango is that some reward options vary depending on the country or what’s currently available. If there were more choices and clearer, more upfront information about redemption options, the overall experience would be even better.

I like that with Tango, we are able to send virtual cards out instantaneously when needed and that we can order cards in bulk that don't require PII to be given to Tango or Myprepaid center

It can be annoying to maintain inventory of gift cards for research projects. However, this isn't really an issue specific to Tango and is moreso just something that happens when using physical gift cards for a research study no matter what

I find it super convenient to have a Tango card that works at any gas station, so I don't have to get 15 different varieties of cards anymore. The whole process was made super easy for those of us who aren't as technically minded. The setup was super easy as well because they helped me through it.

It could be easier to discern which cards you want uploaded to your account but that's a minor thing. Moving the international cards to another place and making it very obvious they are international cards with big bold letters for those who are not so smart out there would help.

Overall good developer experience. Their API and documentation are quite good. Having a single float to cover all currencies without having to think much about it is nice. No subscription fee.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

Customer support is basically non-existent. We've had problems with gift cards that they've issued before and getting a meaningful reply outside of "we're looking into this, we're working through an unusually high number of support requests" is like pulling teeth. Takes several follow up emails per request to resolve any issues. 

Funding times are incredibly slow. Margins are really weak compared to competitors. Their catalog seems to be shrinking and brand availability outside of the US is limited.

Not being able to see the available brands and constantly having to request any new brands to be enabled in our catalog was annoying.

I love the Tangocard platform because it simplifies reaching out and sending gift cards to global clients. The platform is user-friendly, offers customizable templates, and charges no extra fees. Additionally, the tracking is highly accurate, making it effortless to monitor reward status.

Well, there are no downsides to using the Tangocard platform, but I would like to see even more countries included in their Global Choice Link program.

As a marketing professional, I need to reach out and send gift cards to clients across the globe. The Tangocard platform makes my job so easy that I can spend minimal time on rewards distribution and focus more time on marketing activities.

It makes my life simple by allowing me to easily reach out and send gift cards to clients across the globe. There are absolutely no extra charges for sending rewards, keeping the process cost-effective. The tracking is highly accurate, making it very easy for me to monitor the exact status of every reward sent. The templates are very easy to customize, allowing for a more personal touch.

**What do you like best about Tango?**

It is quick and easy to send the reward link to our guests. It is also great to have the ability to track the transaction and see when the guests redeems it or if it needs resent. Any issues that have arisen have been quickly handled by my support team. I use this multiple times a week and will continue to do so. The layout is quick and easy to navigate thru the portal. Would recommend everyone utilizing Tango rewards!

The amount of time it takes to fund the account. I get that it takes time to verify on the intial funding but once it has been done if the funding source stays the same it should be much quicker.

I am able to confidently send my guests rewards and have very little issue with the process.

I love how quick and easy it is to send gifts with Tango. They have lots of cool gift card options, which makes it simple to find something for everyone. Tango makes it easy to send gifts to people far away, and I don't have to worry about shipping or finding the perfect physical gift. I just pick a card, and they're happy. It was quite easy to use initially.

Sometimes it's hard to find the exact gift card I want, and the website can be a bit slow occasionally. For gift cards, maybe Tango could add more popular brands or improve the search feature to find specific cards easily. And also improve their website speed.

I find it nice to just designate an amount and let the employee choose the best stores or companies where the funds are used. Administratively, it is very quick to fund the account, and the backend is very simple. The initial setup was incredibly easy.

Sometimes, the turnaround time for the employee to receive the gift card varies. I've learned to allow 24 hours when possible. The delays normally happen on the weekends.

**What do you like best about Tango?**

It was very easy to get set up in, and the initial intro/onboarding call was very insightful and they cared about what I was working on and building, and really understanding how I intended to use Tango. They also provided tips for being successful from the beginning. I enjoyed sending out digital certificates to the beta testers I was working with, and will continue using them within my business and my future.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

The first round I sent through of certificates needed to be approved, which only happens on weekdays. I ordered Friday, and it was approved and sent through Monday morning. This isn't a huge deal, and just means I need to plan ahead better...it was almost my first send with them at the time, so that could also be why it needed approval. It's not really something to dislike, just something I hadn't planned for.

**What do you like best about Tango?**

I find Tango very easy to use, especially for sending gift cards quickly and efficiently. I like how it offers email templates which make the whole process really simple. I can set templates for different groups, making it convenient to pick one and send a gift card fast. I also appreciate being able to track if people have used their gift cards.

There is nothing I dislike about Tango.

Tango makes sending gift cards efficient with email templates and simplicity. I can set templates for different groups, making it very easy to pick a template and send a gift card quickly. It also lets me track if people have used their gift cards.

**What do you like best about Tango?**

I like the flexibility of awards you can send to employees. The amount modifications and then the end user ability to pick what type of reward they like. Sales and service team members have loved receiving these in the past.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

Nothing in particular or monumental - I do understand the need to have processing fees. It would be nice to be able to "earn" your way to get some of these reduced? Or perhaps a subscription model so you can reduce some of that cost.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a way to quickly award employees for great work without the need to shop for gifts, deal with additional payout in pay stubs, etc.

**What do you like best about Tango?**

I like the precision and accuracy with customer information that Tango provides. It's super convenient not having to touch each person physically, and having access to each person's information helps us know who received what and when. The initial setup was very easy once they received the PO and check. I also appreciate how straightforward it is to use Tango to give gift cards at a university.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

Maybe even more vendors would be nice to have for selections.

I use Tango for convenient gift card dispersion at a university, eliminating physical contact. It provides precision and accuracy with customer information, allowing us to track who received what and when.

Getting started was very easy, and there is an excellent variety of gift cards available. The customer service has also been superb.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

The platform is sometimes slow and can freeze. Also I could not transfer funds via credit card, only via wire transfer.

We are able to send vouchers to nearly anyone around the world, offering a wide variety of options. This makes it easy to bring happiness to those who receive the vouchers.

I love how easy Tango is to use and the variety of options it offers for gift card vendors. The initial setup was extremely easy for our team, and our account adviser was very helpful, making it seamless to implement Tango.

I find it a little time-consuming to have to paste a redemption code into Tango from the email. If there was a way to streamline that process, it would be great.

**What do you like best about Tango?**

Tango is helping our organization empower managers to provide rewards to employees across the community. Whether it's coffee, meals, delivery services, groceries, retail stores, or paying it forward through charitable donations... There is an option for everyone. Tango makes it easy to acknowledge individuals for their hard work and contributions! We use the rewards regularly to provide meals and acknowledgement rewards to our staff. I have additionally appreciated the quick customer service responses directly from our Tango representative. I would definitely recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

As we continue to work with the Tango platform, we have developed various catalogs to fit the needs of the organization. The two recommendations are one that the system should have the ability to schedule rewards to send as early as the next day. This way, one can program the rewards and consider the task completed. The way it is set up now, one can only schedule rewards to be sent 7 days from the day of the request.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting is one of the challenges that we were looking to solve and with Tango, we can now begin processing the needed reports which solves the challenge.

**What do you like best about Tango?**

I love using Tango for spot incentives and recognition. At our small company, we also use it to incentivize referrals—even extending rewards to former employees or contractors who help us out. Instead of the hassle of cutting a check, we can easily issue a Tango reward by email. Recipients love the flexibility: they can redeem it for multiple rewards or even convert it into a Mastercard. For us, it’s simple to administer, and for them, it’s quick and versatile.

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

You have to 'pre-load' the account with funds, or set up an ACH, or pay with a credit card (which has another set of rules/fees associated with it) -- since we don't pre-load the account, we pay the credit card processing fee (3%), but that is our choice.

**What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If a contractor is no longer "active" with us, it becomes a hassle to give them a referral bonus, so Tango makes it easy to get a 'reward' card in their hands immediately

I wish it was a bit easier to see what rewards have been redeemed and what ones haven't been so I can send reminders or delete and repurpose the funds as needed.

I love how easy it is to fund our account and send gift cards along within minutes. 

Customer support has always been very reachable and helpful!

**What do you dislike about Tango?**

I wouldn't say I have any downsides, being a Canadian Company we had some speedbumps getting started but has been smooth sailing ever since.

We like to send rewards to employees and being able to send them from behind my desk rather than having to go to the store, purchase gift cards and send them physically is an amazing win for me!
