What do you like best about Tango?

I love the Tangocard platform because it simplifies reaching out and sending gift cards to global clients. The platform is user-friendly, offers customizable templates, and charges no extra fees. What do you like best about Tango?

It is quick and easy to send the reward link to our guests. It is also great to have the ability to track the transaction and see when the guests redeems it or if it needs resent. Any issues that have arisen have been quickly handled by my support team. I use this multiple times a week and will continue to do so. The layout is quick and easy to navigate thru the portal. What do you dislike about Tango?

What do you dislike about Tango?

I find it challenging that Tango doesn't automatically recognize and work with pop-up screens. Instead, I have to manually take screenshots of the pop-up and create steps for those separately. What do you like best about Tango?

I appreciated Tango for its ease of use, which made it incredibly simple to set up and get started with. The process of sending out gift cards to my research study participants was straightforward, and I managed to send out about 50 gift cards with minimal issues. I only encountered one instance where a recipient was confused, but it turned out not to be a problem with Tango itself, but rather an issue with one of their partner's servers. This speaks to the reliability and user-friendly nature of Tango, not just for me as the sender, but also for the recipients who found it easy to complete the process on their own time. Additionally, Tango’s virtual gift card option was particularly valuable because it allowed participants from various geographic areas to select a gift card of their choice based on what was available in their area, solving the problem of managing diverse locations. What do you like best about Tango?

I have been using Tango for 2 years primarily to send gift cards to referrers as a token of appreciation. I find it incredibly valuable due to its ease of use, allowing me to effortlessly send gift cards. One of the key features I appreciate is the flexibility it provides to recipients; they receive an email that allows them to choose how and where they want to spend the gift card. This feature not only enhances the recipient's satisfaction by giving them control over their gift choices but also makes the process seamless for me as the sender. Additionally, I find the initial setup of Tango to be very easy, which has made my overall experience with the software straightforward. What do you like best about Tango?

It was very easy to get set up in, and the initial intro/onboarding call was very insightful and they cared about what I was working on and building, and really understanding how I intended to use Tango. They also provided tips for being successful from the beginning. What do you dislike about Tango?

The first round I sent through of certificates needed to be approved, which only happens on weekdays. I ordered Friday, and it was approved and sent through Monday morning. This isn't a huge deal, and just means I need to plan ahead better...it was almost my first send with them at the time, so that could also be why it needed approval.
