The biggest downside for me is that the branding can be a little confusing. We use Blackhawk Network/Hawk Marketplace for our gift card purchases, so I wasn't actually familiar with the Tango name. It wasn't immediately clear to me that Tango was connected to the platform we already use. Other than that, our experience purchasing gift cards has been pretty straightforward. The most helpful thing about using Tango is that I can seamlessly upload a spreadsheet with names and addresses and have that information ready whenever I need to pull a report. It saves me from having to add each person one by one and makes the whole process much easier. My only frustration at times is that the bulk upload process requires me to manually create a file first. If there were a way to upload the haphazard file I get from a client and have AI figure out the columns I need, that would be a real game changer.
