  ### 1. Clarity and Transparency for Performance Reviews and Growth with Talentware

**What do you like best about Talentware?**

What distinguishes Talentware is the high level of clarity it brings to our organizational structure. The platform’s ease of use and implementation has made adoption very straightforward across the company. The most significant impact has been seen in our Performance Review process, providing clear objectives to guide our employees. Furthermore, the introduction of Job Titles and Job Descriptions has brought transparency and professional identity to Banca Etica's workers. By grounding these conversations in clear competency data, we have moved toward a much more structured and effective approach to professional growth. The support from the Talentware team has been on the spot.

**What do you dislike about Talentware?**

Regarding what we dislike, we haven't encountered any features or aspects of the platform that we find redundant or unhelpful. Since we are focusing on specific modules—such as performance reviews, skill mapping, and job descriptions—everything we are currently using serves a clear purpose and adds direct value to our HR strategy. At this stage, the platform aligns perfectly with our requirements.

**What problems is Talentware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue Talentware is solving for us is the lack of a centralized structure for our team. Before, keeping track of Performance Review processes, Job Descriptions, and Skill Mapping felt like a constant manual struggle. The biggest benefit has been the transparency it brought to Banca Etica. It’s given our people a real sense of professional identity because everyone now knows exactly what’s expected of them and where they stand. It’s also made our Performance Reviews a lot more meaningful - instead of just talking in circles, we have solid data to guide conversations about growth. Basically, it’s taken the guesswork out of professional development.

**What do you like best about Talentware?**

I really like the continuous evolution and customization of Talentware, which is super friendly and allows me to navigate and understand the processes with extreme ease. I find the management of career paths, the repository of internal skills, and the useful information for people engagement to be useful.

**What do you dislike about Talentware?**

At the moment, I don't see any negative aspects; I am thinking more about the engagement process, which, however, does not concern the platform, but more the management of the initial assessment.

**What problems is Talentware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talentware manages career paths, acts as a repository of internal skills, and provides useful information for people engagement.

I like that from the employee evaluations, the skill gaps emerge on which one can then work through training.

**What do you dislike about Talentware?**

They could improve the reports, I find them a bit confusing.

**What problems is Talentware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Talentware for self-assessments, 360 evaluations, and goal assignments. I like that the evaluations reveal skill gaps, allowing us to work on them with training.

**What do you like best about Talentware?**

The aspect that struck me the most is represented by the profile section, particularly the part about personal interests.

**What do you dislike about Talentware?**

One aspect, in our opinion, can be improved: when you enter your resume, it only extracts information related to work experiences and not educational ones (the section for diplomas & certificates must be entered manually).

**What problems is Talentware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Talentware team has always been able to promptly resolve each of our requests.

As a first release, it can be improved the ux but they're already improving it
