The quality of support ain't great, you can take days by getting a response from someone on their team. Also, they recently changed their prices without announcing it, which was so annoying. When they update their product, it is super buggy. This latest update made Tailwind unusable. Even my billing pages won't load on any browser. They inexplicably downgraded my account to allow only 20 posts per month. I paid for the premium for a full year and I'm only 8 months into the year. I've reached out to support and have gotten no response after days. This product is now unusable and unfortunately I have months left that I already paid for. The company doesn't care and won't help.
