**What do you like best about Tagpacker?**

* I have all the links that are useful to me in a very organized way, thus allowing my work to be more organized

* when I changed computers I was worried about losing this information but I was able to import all my links without any loss

*I easily find the links I need at the moment and not have to spend hours looking for information

* with keyboard commands I can have a quick search

**What do you dislike about Tagpacker?**

Their customer service is deficient, it is not what one expects as a client to be treated due to the waiting time they take to respond, that's all I see for improvement

**What problems is Tagpacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have all the links ordered with labels that allow me to search for the information faster when I need it. It is convenient to have everything organized so that in my work the searches are faster when I need it and not have to look for a link again from scratch
