What do you like best about Syncware?

As our business was growing and our markets were expanding internationally, we chose a 3PL solution, in order to focus on our core competencies. Airhouse drove cost savings and allowed access to cutting-edge technologies in logistics.

The e-shop integration was rapid and seamless: processes have been automatized and adapted to our specific needs.

The inventory is always organized and stored with flexibility and efficiency. The automatic fulfillment process starts as soon as a customer places an order from our online store, so we’re able to fulfill the order on the same day and ship it with faster shipping times and reduced costs.

Returns are reliably processed and restocked following our requests for quality inspection.

What do you dislike about Syncware?

We would love to shorten times of return-process (can take 5-10 days to process). However, customer service is always ready to help us, prioritizing some specific return processes, if we ask for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Syncware?

Airhouse's service is second to none. The dedicated account managers and staff all make sure the whole process runs seamlessly, from onboarding to delivery. What do you dislike about Syncware?

Airhouse is extremely helpful; the only issue per se is that pricing may be somewhat on the high end at the beginning. It is worth it in my opinion as they end up saving with their great service in the long run, but it can be a bit pricey at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Syncware?

Communication and reliability. The communication is excellent. The Airhouse team goes above and beyond for all requests. The team feels like an extension of Siblings instead of a third party. What do you dislike about Syncware?

Sometimes jumping between Shopify and Airhouse app causes issues in inventory management. eg Overselling a product while waiting on another product to arrive. What do you like best about Syncware?

I love the low fixed costs which really help me as my business is very sporadic. They are incredibly responsive and helpful. What do you like best about Syncware?

Airhouse team members and the facility have been so supportive with us being a small budding business, which has been quite the unique experience! What do you like best about Syncware?

I love that Airhouse has no monthly minimum order requirements to meet. Most warehouses charge you a fee for not meeting a certain amount of monthly sales and I was very happy to find a warehouse that was flexible and affordable. Some features missing from the dash like in-depth analytics (how many orders ship where, how to optimize inventory distribution across warehouses) and individual order shipping costs - would be really helpful if these were displayed right in the dash and didn't have to be cross-referenced from a monthly invoice at a later date.
