What do you like best about Syncware?

As a new game company working with a 3PL for the first time, having a dedicated and responsive account manager to support us has been a huge help. We have a good amount of wholesale orders to fulfill as well, each with varying requirements, and the Airhouse team has worked closely with us to ensure the orders are fulfilled correctly and shipped out on time. Airhouse saved our company. We are a company that had to pivot during covid and were scaling fast. They deliver on their promise. That sounds like table stakes for a 3PL, but it's not. What do you like best about Syncware?

What I like best about Airhouse is that it is super user-friendly and easy to navigate. When creating orders, I appreciate that all I have to do is type in what product I need and the system lets me know how many we have in stock. I think the turnaround time on the orders is also amazing as I feel like even bulk orders not only process but ship so quickly to our customers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncware?

The only thing I would say that I "dislike" about Airhouse is the inventory/restock aspect. What I mean by this is that I felt that it took a very long time once I submitted my restock to be able to start fulfilling orders. I am not sure if this is because the warehouse personally took a long time to count/measure the dimensions of the boxes we had shipped, or if the system was just slow. I also thought it was unnecessary on my part to have to manually type in all of the box dimensions – I wonder if there is a way to automatically update the dimensions when certain sizes are put into the system so we don't have to go in one-by-one and type them in manually. What do you like best about Syncware?

As a startup, I had a hard time finding a fulfillment service with all the offerings of Airhouse that didn't require a large monthly minimum sales amount. Airhouse met all of my needs and has provided a ton of support with onboarding, connecting to my website, receiving inventory and expanding my eCommerce store. Having a dedicated account manager that is always available to answer my questions is the key to my business operations and success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncware?

I wish I could split my inventory among different warehouses without a minimum sales quota, but that's nitpicking the service a bit -- it is one of the best options out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Syncware?

I started Alimentari Sunglasses back in May of 2021, and partnering with Airhouse has been one of my biggest wins. Simple on-boarding process, great prices, easy-to-use platform, Shopify integration, but the service they offer is second-to-none. I love the ease of use and setup. As a small business, it allows with to outsource my shipping needs without having to have a huge volume of shipments monthly. The Airhouse customer service is top-notch. My account representative is incredibly responsive, she's really helpful when I have configuration issues in Airhouse, even when they're coming from Shopify, and she helps me fix those issues.
