What do you like best about Syncware?

What do you dislike about Syncware?

To be totally honest, my biggest frustration with Airhouse is not moving to them sooner. As our company grew, we searched for 6 months to find the right partner - interviewing 10+ 3PL's along the way. Airhouse was one of the last that we spoke with, and we were admittedly skeptical of their model. We decided to give them a shot, and we were blown away by their speed, accuracy, and precision. Instead of emailing our 3PL ten times a day (literally) - Airhouse just gets things done right the first time, so we can focus on running our business and growing our brand. What do you like best about Syncware?

After managing our own warehousing and shipping for a year, we learned how difficult it was to effectively scale e-commerce without help. After we shipping everything to Airhouse, we haven't had to think about anything except keeping products in stock. Their excellent customer support, clear communication, and fair pricing has made them a pleasure to work with over the last few years. The Airhouse team has been able to handle our needs whether we're running a huge launch or sending out low-volume, long-tail orders. Their ability to recieve freight shipments and integrate custom branding into the fulfillment process would have made our lives way easier when we launched our first product on Kickstarter. What do you dislike about Syncware?

Once an order is created in Shopify and sent to Airhouse's warehouse, it becomes difficult to correct errors or issues. For example, we'll commonly have customers autofill an incorrect address while checking out. Once they're sent to the warehouse, the only way to correct them is by passing the change request through our support contact. While not terrible, this mediation could certainly be improved. What do you like best about Syncware?

As a novice to the DTC game, and even more to warehousing and shipping, they were fast, responsive, and easy to work with. I work with a great account manager who always takes the time to explain things to me and walk me through the process. Furthermore, their technology integration with Shopify (my page builder) has been flawless thusfar. I'm glad they took us as a client - they've made things very easy! What do you dislike about Syncware?

As of right now, I'm having a hard time understanding the invoicing timelines or processes. Given that has to do with money and payments, I'm hyper-focused on it since we're a small business with unpredictable cash flows. We hope this is easy in the future. What do you like best about Syncware?

Airhouse is a full-service, multi-channel, 3PL partner. They can handle all logistics needs, whether we are fulfilling directly to consumers, our distributors or to Amazon fulfillment. It is difficult to say what we like best. We interviewed sixteen 3PL providers, and Airhouse offered the best technology platform, the greatest ease of onboarding, and the best customer service. If we had to pick one thing above all others, it would be our account representative. He has been extraordinary - competent, responsive and always helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncware?

We have been pleased with Airhouse in all respects. There are some other things we would like in their software platform, e.g., better analytics, but they are improving it constantly and have always been entirely upfront about what was possible and what was not. What do you like best about Syncware?

The onboarding process for Airhouse was so seamless and easy. The onboarding manager was amazing. We had a big holiday sale right after we moved and everything was set up and ready to go VERY quickly. The software was easy to use. They followed up and made sure so many small details were taken care of. I love having a dedicated account manager for any issues or questions. Our account manager is always responsive and very helpful, they truly do go above and beyond. The level of care they have taken to make sure everything is good on our account has been great. What do you dislike about Syncware?

What do you like best about Syncware?

My first meeting to discuss Airhouse's offerings was with the company's CEO. You can't beat that service. We transferred our services right when an unprecedented storm hit Texas, and shipping was delayed (obviously). They ended up moving our merchandise to another facility free of charge because they felt we'd get better ship times--and they were right.

Previously we used Ship Bob, and it wasn't working for us. At Airhouse we have a dedicated account manager who is available via email and will pick up the phone when you call. When you're shipping time-sensitive products, you need accountability; we found that at Airhouse. Their storage fees are reasonable (if not a little lower than the market rate), and it's been so nice to work with another female-founded company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncware?

A winter storm in Texas that shut down operations was inconvenient but not at all the fault of Airhouse. They handled a crisis so well and that's about as much as you can ask for in a shipping company. They were responsive and wildly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Syncware?

As a first time entrepreneur, I was incredibly nervous to make a decision on 3PL warehouse partners, as it felt like such a big decision! What led me to Airhouse was that I got the sense that they were built for start ups- I didn't need to know how many units I would ship at first, or the speed at which I would scale- they were equipped and ready to provide a nimble approach to support my business with best in class fulfillment and support my goal of a best in class customer experience for my new business. Coming from a Fortune 500 background previously, I know what great fulfillment logsitics look like, and I have truly been so impressed with Airhouse- both the individual team members and the company's capabilities. They have felt like a true partner in my start up and have acted quickly and with urgency when needed, and also partnered with me on creative solutions where needed. I transitioned account managers at one point and was so nervous as I loved the first person I was working with, only to find out that subsequent members of the Airhouse team have been truly wonderful and supportive to my business as well. What do you like best about Syncware?

I have used multiple 3PLs in the past and I have been so impressed by how easy it is to use Airhouse's system. Everything is very straightforward and you can do a majority of what you need in their portal. If you need any extra assistance you have a dedicated Airhouse team member assigned to you that are all amazing to work with. What do you dislike about Syncware?
