  ### 1. Easiest way to stand up your fulfillment when launching an E-commerce business

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

It is extremely easy to stand up and get started with Airhouse. We launched with them in 2021 while also launching our e-commerce business. They seamlessly plug into Shopify and on-boarding with your account manager was extremely easy to do and had us set up in no time.

We have scaled with them into working with another distrubuter, been able to test a variety of Merch and they have been excellent partners!

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

Invoicing takes a bit for previous month.

**What problems is Syncware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to focus on product development, and we don't have to think about fulfillment. Airhouse also does special projects like kitting different boxes for us so we can come up with different gift sets to sell on our site. Honestly, it's made standing up the e-commerce part of our business very easy.

At the beginning, they were great! If you look up reviews of the warehouses they use, unfortunately, they are terrible. Much better solutions out there for half the price.

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

UPDATE: I used to love airhouse for the first 2 years but this past year they haven't been solving problems and are unreliable. They used to be great at billing, helping when things went wrong, & communication.

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

Now...There's no number to call to talk to someone and they've completely overcharged me hundreds of dollars without any explanation or math to justify it. It was very simple before, pay the monthly storage fee + shipping + pick/pack fees. The contract was terminated and they wouldn't give a refund. I highly recommend in 2020-2022 but 2023... not so much!

They used to be trusted for billing, shipping, & helping with problems.

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

UPDATE: I don't know what's happened over the past year plus since this review, but Airhouse has become completely unreliable. The vast majority of my issues running the business today stem from problems with Airhouse. They are having issues meeting even the most basic elements of their SLA. No one has a phone number, so you can't call anyone. And once prompt customer support email replies now require *multiple* emails and follow ups.  

OLD:Everything is completely automated and streamlined. We have been working with Airhouse since day 1, and have never even had to think about order fulfillment. They're also flexible enough to support our marketing needs which require a lot of product to be sent out quickly.

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

UPDATE: They bill themselves as a 4PL software and service layer that sits atop a network of 3PLs. Their CEO has said multiple times that you get what you pay for with 3PLs, and that the price they charge is worth it due to their white glove service and technology. Their service and software are failing on an at least weekly basis. We have had to adopt so many manual tasks to compensate for these technical failures. Their customer support has slowed to the point that it's a liability. Yet we still pay astronomically high fulfillment rates and they gouge us on shipping costs they're clearly marking up and won't let us use our own. Which was fine when the tech was reliable and the service was responsive and effective. But now they're just a headache. I am not exaggerating when I say that virtually every major issue we've had to overcome as a business has been rooted in a failure by Airhouse that we've had to correct.

OLD: Airhouse is new so there are a few areas that still need to be improved like dashboards and some of the systems around inventory replenishment, but they've already improved both areas dramatically since we joined on a year ago.

**What problems is Syncware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UPDATE: It seems like they have grown and regressed. They are no longer the service that they set out to be. OLD: Airhouse runs all of our fulfillment, and allows us to focus on marketing, growth, CX, and other areas. In my experience building other brands, the early stages are so heavy on managing fulfillment that it becomes a massive drain of time. It's really opened everything up for us to focus on the things that will allow us to take off.

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

Being a solo founder new to the DTC space, Airhouse makes sure to make the process as easy as possible from a 3pl partner. They are incredibly attentive and always happy to mump on the phone to answer any question you might have. This is the right choice for a 3pl partner if you are just starting out and looking for a partner who has your best interests.

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

It's been smooth sailing so far. Ground shipping times might be the only thing that would lower the score, but that is more based on the carrier selected than Airhouse.

**What problems is Syncware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a solo founder new to the DTC space. They provide full storage and shipping for my company. They did a lot of "hand-holding" early on, which is beneficial for any founder when they have a million things going on simultaneously. Instead of sending you a pdf or video series, they hop on a call with you and make it happen.

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

The platform. Is super easy to use! The team has been super helpful , and in particular Martin! Without Martin I don't think the experience with airhouse would have been as good as it has.

The customer service is why would stick around. Martin had helped with anything and everything. The platform and process was intimidating t first but Martin was there to help out.

Orders are dispatched out very timely and the viability of the activity with orders is very good to see.

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

I do think some improvements can be made. We've seen some issues with the airhouse rates not on-boarding to shopify, which is concerning but I am sure the team will figure it out.

You need to manually upload measurements for each sku which I think can be made into an more efficient process. 

Other than that just some minor niggles with the platform which I'm sure the team are aware of and working on already

Airhouse is making it easier to ship to customers in the USA as previously we had to ship to them from Pakistan

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

Having a single point of contact with our dedicated account manager (who happens to be an absolute joy to work with); it's so refreshing to always correspond with the same individual, rather than writing to and getting lost in the ether of support tickets (as was often the case at our previous 3PL). 

The onboarding experience was efficient, and we're impressed with how quickly our shipments get out the door.

We look forward to a long and low-maintenance relationship with Airhouse!

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

There's a couple of minor areas where the software isn't intuitive or accommodating, and sometimes manual intervention by our rep is required. We feel bad about bothering them with what we feel are trivial requests (although impactful for us). The good news, however, is that they're quite receptive to feature requests and suggestions, so hopefully, many of these minor qualms will be resolved with updates and time.

In fact, they've already released an update to the way billing is done to allow us to see an actual breakdown of each order on its detail page; this is important to us so we can monitor costs and ensure that our pricing is properly structured to accommodate all costs. (Fulfillment costs are a concern to us after we experienced egregious rate changes and overcharging at our last 3PL.)

Making sure our orders are shipped competently and efficiently, so we can focus on making more sales and serving our customers. Our customers are pleased with the quality of packing and quick fulfillment times.

The online portal is so easy to use, and it allows business owners and logistics teams to see and react to their accounts  in real-time.

We have used three other 3PL and none come close to AIrhouse's attention to detail and customer service.

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

Not much. Airhouse has been highly adaptable to changing platform capabilities and suggestions.

The return process takes a bit longer than I'd like and often requires most of my attention.

**What problems is Syncware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airhouse is helping receive and store my goods at a reasonable monthly price and is diligently & gently handling the shipping of our goods promptly.  Our business efficiencies have increased tremendously. It allows me to worry about other parts of the business.

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

I highly recommend working with Airhouse. They are extremely communicative, offer a premium level of support/service, and are very adaptable to your specific business needs. I am very impressed and glad we made a last-minute decision to switch to Airhouse before our company's launch.  Airhouse is genuinely determined to help their clients succeed, and have proven time and time again that they are willing to go the extra mile to make this happen. We are very happy with our choice, and look forward to continuing business together.

Truthfully there is nothing we have encountered yet that we can dislike about Airhouse. Even when Airhouse did not have a ready-to-go integration for our eCommerce platform, they assisted us greatly in finding a solution. We ended up building our own integration to their API, and their development team was there to assist every step of the way.

Airhouse helped us solve issues with the following:

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

Airhouse has been wonderful for our small business so far! On the tech side, the interface and Shopify integration have been seamless and easy to use — but it's also been very helpful to have a dedicated (and very responsive) account specialist just an email away when questions do pop up. Onboarding was relatively easy, and orders have been going out promptly. We've used other 3PLs both big and small in the past, and Airhouse has combined the best of both worlds with scalable tech and hands-on customer service.

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

Only minor downside so far is we'd like to be able include some more order customizations (e.g. separate gift messages, custom tape), but overall we're very happy with Airhouse and excited to grow with their help!

**What problems is Syncware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small team, we used to spend a lot more time and effort managing our shipping and logistics. Working with Airhouse has freed up a lot of capacity for us to focus on other parts of the business.

Their team is immediately responsive, with a sharp eye for details so we only have to give them instructions once -- and it happens like magic. Airhouse simply gets the job done, even on days with thousands of orders.

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

To be totally honest, my biggest frustration with Airhouse is not moving to them sooner. As our company grew, we searched for 6 months to find the right partner - interviewing 10+ 3PL's along the way. Airhouse was one of the last that we spoke with, and we were admittedly skeptical of their model. We decided to give them a shot, and we were blown away by their speed, accuracy, and precision. Instead of emailing our 3PL ten times a day (literally) - Airhouse just gets things done right the first time, so we can focus on running our business and growing our brand.

**What problems is Syncware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airhouse gives us the confidence to continue to grow, knowing that our warehouse is ready and willing to handle whatever we throw at them. We also have trust in the Airhouse team to resolve any issues promptly in the rare instances that something goes wrong. They're reliable and trustworthy, and their team has enabled OUR team to spend much more time creating our products, instead of worrying about logistics and shipping delays.

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

After managing our own warehousing and shipping for a year, we learned how difficult it was to effectively scale e-commerce without help. After we shipping everything to Airhouse, we haven't had to think about anything except keeping products in stock. Their excellent customer support, clear communication, and fair pricing has made them a pleasure to work with over the last few years. The Airhouse team has been able to handle our needs whether we're running a huge launch or sending out low-volume, long-tail orders. Their ability to recieve freight shipments and integrate custom branding into the fulfillment process would have made our lives way easier when we launched our first product on Kickstarter.

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

Once an order is created in Shopify and sent to Airhouse's warehouse, it becomes difficult to correct errors or issues. For example, we'll commonly have customers autofill an incorrect address while checking out. Once they're sent to the warehouse, the only way to correct them is by passing the change request through our support contact. While not terrible, this mediation could certainly be improved.

Especially as a remote-only organization, we've always struggled to maintain shelf space for stocking and fulfilling merchandise. Having a dedicated location to receive freight shipments is incredibly helpful as we grow our online sales.

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

As a novice to the DTC game, and even more to warehousing and shipping, they were fast, responsive, and easy to work with.  I work with a great account manager who always takes the time to explain things to me and walk me through the process.  Furthermore, their technology integration with Shopify (my page builder) has been flawless thusfar.  I'm glad they took us as a client - they've made things very easy!

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

As of right now, I'm having a hard time understanding the invoicing timelines or processes.  Given that has to do with money and payments, I'm hyper-focused on it since we're a small business with unpredictable cash flows.  We hope this is easy in the future.

**What problems is Syncware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, they're being the distribution partner that I could never be on my own.  My knowledge in this space is none and I feel very confident I can get account support very quickly.

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

Airhouse is a full-service, multi-channel, 3PL partner.  They can handle all logistics needs, whether we are fulfilling directly to consumers, our distributors or to Amazon fulfillment.  It is difficult to say what we like best.  We interviewed sixteen 3PL providers, and Airhouse offered the best technology platform, the greatest ease of onboarding, and the best customer service.  If we had to pick one thing above all others, it would be our account representative.  He has been extraordinary - competent, responsive and always helpful.

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

We have been pleased with Airhouse in all respects.  There are some other things we would like in their software platform, e.g., better analytics,  but they are improving it constantly and have always been entirely upfront about what was possible and what was not.

**What problems is Syncware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to improve our overall supply chain logistics.  We are located in a somewhat rural area, and shipping products from all over the world to our location and then sending them out again from here was inefficient.  With Airhouse our service level to our customers has remained high and we are able to do it with much simpler overall logistics and at lower cost.

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

The onboarding process for Airhouse was so seamless and easy. The onboarding manager was amazing.  We had a big holiday sale right after we moved and everything was set up and ready to go VERY quickly.  The software was easy to use.  They followed up and made sure so many small details were taken care of. I love having a dedicated account manager for any issues or questions.  Our account manager is always responsive and very helpful, they truly do go above and beyond.  The level of care they have taken to make sure everything is good on our account has been great.  Airhouse has exceeded all my expectations and we are beyond happy we made the switch.

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

At the moment we have no current dislikes.  We have enjoyed working with our account manager and everything has been shipped out on time and correctly.  I think a few adjustments to the software could be made to make it even easier to use in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering Syncware:**

Airhouse is a great company, they have a seamless onboarding process.  Everything from the staff to the software is great!

**What problems is Syncware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a fulfillment partner that could get our orders out on time and have our inventory received in quickly.  Our last warehouse wasn't fulfilling that need.  The switch to Airhouse has been night and day.  Orders are going out faster than ever and with very little to no mistakes.  Our customers have even commented on how fast they received their orders.

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

My first meeting to discuss Airhouse's offerings was with the company's CEO. You can't beat that service. We transferred our services right when an unprecedented storm hit Texas, and shipping was delayed (obviously). They ended up moving our merchandise to another facility free of charge because they felt we'd get better ship times--and they were right. 

Previously we used Ship Bob, and it wasn't working for us. At Airhouse we have a dedicated account manager who is available via email and will pick up the phone when you call. When you're shipping time-sensitive products, you need accountability; we found that at Airhouse. Their storage fees are reasonable (if not a little lower than the market rate), and it's been so nice to work with another female-founded company.

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

A winter storm in Texas that shut down operations was inconvenient but not at all the fault of Airhouse. They handled a crisis so well and that's about as much as you can ask for in a shipping company. They were responsive and wildly helpful.

**What problems is Syncware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Large shipping companies can provide a service, but when there are issues, they are hard to contact. Therefore, I appreciate that Airhouse was started by a person who understands the needs of e-commerce and was able to solve the problem she experienced firsthand.

The flexibility was crucial; as a startup, I didn't know the amount of space I would need to store our products, but they worked with us to secure enough warehousing for each brand.

I don't have any complaints; one improvement would be to have a section in the dashboard showing the amount of space our products utilize and the associated charge.

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

My partner and I are new to selling products as a business and having Airhouse on our team really eased our concerns.  From our first contact with them to inquire about their services until now, they have done everything they said they would.  Their follow-up on initial contact to answer questions and their attention to detail at every step are very much appreciated.  It is nice to be over delivered to in both customer service and their service itself.  They have been patient with all parts of this process, which I very much appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Syncware?**

I do not have any dislikes, the service has been excellent thus far.  Our inital onboarding account manager was fantastic, super patient and took her time to show us all of the ins and outs of the software product, very helpful!

**What problems is Syncware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airhouse is providing warehouse and distribution services for our company.  They also track inventory and are the liaison between us and the warehouse team.  This is key to our success.

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

As a first time entrepreneur, I was incredibly nervous to make a decision on 3PL warehouse partners, as it felt like such a big decision! What led me to Airhouse was that I got the sense that they were built for start ups- I didn't need to know how many units I would ship at first, or the speed at which I would scale- they were equipped and ready to provide a nimble approach to support my business with best in class fulfillment and support my goal of a best in class customer experience for my new business. Coming from a Fortune 500 background previously, I know what great fulfillment logsitics look like, and I have truly been so impressed with Airhouse- both the individual team members and the company's capabilities. They have felt like a true partner in my start up and have acted quickly and with urgency when needed, and also partnered with me on creative solutions where needed. I transitioned account managers at one point and was so nervous as I loved the first person I was working with, only to find out that subsequent members of the Airhouse team have been truly wonderful and supportive to my business as well. It can feel scary to make this decision but I could not recommend Airhouse more highly!

The only downside in my mind is that the warehouse is open to ship M-F (not on weekends), but I knew that going in and still made the determination that I thought Airhouse was the right partner decision for me, which I don't regret.

**Recommendations to others considering Syncware:**

I think you will find an incredibly committed partner in Airhouse and feel confident in your decision to work with them!

**What problems is Syncware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airhouse is solving the problem of delivering a best in class logistics/ fulfillment experience for your end customers when you are a start up business unsure of demand projections week on week or month on month. As an entrepreneur I have the goal of every customer having a professional, best in class customer experience and Airhouse has been a wonderful partner in helping me deliver on that.

**What do you like best about Syncware?**

I have used multiple 3PLs in the past and I have been so impressed by how easy it is to use Airhouse's system. Everything is very straightforward and you can do a majority of what you need in their portal. If you need any extra assistance you have a dedicated Airhouse team member assigned to you that are all amazing to work with. I am also impressed no how fast things get done (shipping, palletizing, projects, etc.)!

I would like the ability to add shipping labels/documents to each shipment within Airhouse portal instead of emailing our Airhouse team member. From my understanding though they are working on this feature.

Airhouse is very streamlined; all the infomration you need will be on their portal. For us we use Shopify, any changes I make on Shopify will be reflected in Airhouse which is very nice not to have to update multiple platforms.

What I like best about Airhouse is that it is super user-friendly and easy to navigate. When creating orders, I appreciate that all I have to do is type in what product I need and the system lets me know how many we have in stock. I think the turnaround time on the orders is also amazing as I feel like even bulk orders not only process but ship so quickly to our customers!

The only thing I would say that I "dislike" about Airhouse is the inventory/restock aspect. What I mean by this is that I felt that it took a very long time once I submitted my restock to be able to start fulfilling orders. I am not sure if this is because the warehouse personally took a long time to count/measure the dimensions of the boxes we had shipped, or if the system was just slow. I also thought it was unnecessary on my part to have to manually type in all of the box dimensions – I wonder if there is a way to automatically update the dimensions when certain sizes are put into the system so we don't have to go in one-by-one and type them in manually.

Airhouse met all of my needs and has provided a ton of support with onboarding, connecting to my website, receiving inventory and expanding my eCommerce store. Having a dedicated account manager that is always available to answer my questions is the key to my business operations and success.

I wish I could split my inventory among different warehouses without a minimum sales quota, but that's nitpicking the service a bit -- it is one of the best options out there.

The only downside to Airhouse is that I didn't find them sooner! Compared to other 3PL providers, they were significantly easier to work with and provide the best customer service.

Communication and reliability. The communication is excellent. The Airhouse team goes above and beyond for all requests. The team feels like an extension of Siblings instead of a third party.  Very quick to respond and handle any issues that arise. The accuracy and time to ship are also very good and pricing is inline with market.

Sometimes jumping between Shopify and Airhouse app causes issues in inventory management. eg Overselling a product while waiting on another product to arrive. Can sometimes have difficulty knowing when orders don't go out, but could have based on inventory. Possible issues with UPS pick-up scans.

I love that Airhouse has no monthly minimum order requirements to meet. Most warehouses charge you a fee for not meeting a certain amount of monthly sales and I was very happy to find a warehouse that was flexible and affordable. The staff and managers are very friendly and helpful and the order fulfillments are fast.

The pick & pack fee as well as the packing slip fee, I find to be a little pricey but other than that everything else is reasonable.
