**What do you like best about Synccentric?**

We are a company that has been in business over 45 years and have used countless software programs over the years. I can honestly say, this software and the service provided by the company has been a real joy. As an Amazon seller, we were having a terrible time with Amazon comingling our part numbers and UPC codes with other products and it was being reflected by bad reviews. As all businesses know, reviews are everything nowadays, particularly in Amazon. I was referred to Synccentric by one of our other software companies because we have over 200,000 products and this was a real problem. There fees are incredibly affordable and I was surprised at the level of tech support when we had some questions about product use. This program may have saved us from getting kicked off of Amazon for bad performance so it has become our number one go-to-tool for accurate product listings. We have also made it work with Walmart.com and eBay too. As a loyal customer and owner, this is a tool we cannot be without.

There is nothing we dislike about this program.

**What problems is Synccentric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting concise information. Synccentric returns a plethora of information such as UPC, EAN, how items are sold, the list goes on and on. This information is invaluable to make sure you have the proper list on Amazon. We also use it for eBay and Walmart.com
