**What do you like best about Swiftsell?**

I've been using Swiftsell for the past few months, and it has completely changed the way we handle our marketing communication. It's super easy to use, and setting up campaigns on WhatsApp and SMS takes just a few minutes.

What I really like is how flexible the platform is — we can send personalized messages, track responses, and even automate follow-ups without any hassle. The delivery is fast and reliable, which has helped us improve customer engagement noticeably.

Their support team is also quick to respond whenever we have questions.

Overall, Swiftsell has made our marketing efforts smoother and more effective. Highly recommend it to any business looking to scale their communication.

Swiftsell is helping us solve a major challenge around reaching our customers quickly and efficiently through WhatsApp and SMS. Earlier, we had to juggle between multiple tools for campaigns, tracking, and follow-ups — and it was time-consuming with very little visibility on performance.

With Swiftsell, everything is in one place. We can easily create campaigns, automate responses, and track message delivery and customer interaction in real-time. This has saved us a lot of manual effort and improved our response rates.

The biggest benefit has been better customer engagement and faster conversion. Our communication is now more personalized and timely, which has made a noticeable impact on sales.

I love how incredibly easy Swiftsell is to use, even without any coding knowledge. The bot builder is super intuitive and allowed us to get started very quickly.

We have been using it for past 5 months and till now we had no issues with it.

Swiftsell has significantly streamlined our lead capture and qualification process by acting as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries across digital platforms. The conversational AI bot is smartly designed to engage users instantly, collect key information (name, contact, service interest, location, etc.), and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team.

**What do you like best about Swiftsell?**

I had made a long list of requirements when I was recently looking to switch my WhatsApp Business Provider. SwiftSell was the only one to meet all of my key requirements.
1. It's feature rich. While WhatsApp was all we needed & pricing was competitive comparing just WhatsApp solutions, SwiftSell also had full fledged chatbot widgets for website, and other platforms too. Perfect for small business onwards.
2. Automations and Data flows between the CRM & the WhatsApp Comms tool are easy to setup using APIs and Webhooks.
3. We have no limits to the number of users, although we don't require the feature. Similar no limits on the number of bots, etc.
4. There was no margin over Meta fee for sending whatsapp messages. Many other platforms have some margin.
5. AI based Chatbot capabilities with the latest models. worked well during testing although we haven't extensively used it yet.
6. The initial support to migrate and set up was great.
Really comprehensive tool. Best I've come across.

**What do you dislike about Swiftsell?**

1. Not a lot of video tutorials. Although there is some documentation. This again shouldn't matter much as initially you receive support. But it's best to figure out flows for all your main use cases so that you'll be able to self serve.
2. Bot Builder and data transfer is slightly complicated for one time campaigns. Sometimes takes time to set up a campaign that is intended to autosync responses to the CRM.
3. Sometimes Meta Ads payment for WhatsApp via credit card gets unexplicably blocked. While it's not a Swiftsell problem, some vendors provide credit lines to solve this.

**What problems is Swiftsell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use SwiftSell for:
1. Running conversational WhatsApp Campaigns - both one-time and ongoing.
2. Interact with Inbound WhatsApp queries on our official whatsapp number with an easy to use ticketing system.
3. Hosting a Website Chatbot that interacts with users, resolves queries, assures and arranges support & collects lead information:

**What do you like best about Swiftsell?**

We brought SwiftSell into our business to replace a similar service for the chatbot on our website and outbound WhatsApp campaigns. The features and usability that SwiftSell brought far outshone what we had before. It is important to say that one of SwiftSell's biggest improvements over the competitors I've seen is its interface - it just makes sense; from the bot flows to the analytics, everything is intuitive. The AI works well and is really easy to set up. The allocation of team members and reviewing their tickets is easy. Whenever we did have challenges tech support really went out of their way to help, with videos and instructions, they even implemented a couple of new features for us! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SwiftSell to any company.

**What do you dislike about Swiftsell?**

Well you get along better with the bot workflows if you are tech-minded, but SwiftSell's support can build nearly all all for you anyway, or show you how to make adjustments.

It's helping us retain more customers and get them through to the right departments quicker and with less drop-off/bounce. It's also helping us track what our customers needs are and where they are being frustrated. Most importantly, it's really helping us manage enquiries and applications and allocate the right team members at the right time.

No visible kinks in their armour. Prospectively one of the simplest to use tools I have encountered amongst conversational commerce players

Enabling easy conversations with our customers across the funnel. helps with general queries, and removes lad time in responding to customers. Initial reviews indicate a 45% improvement in lead times while responding to customers and a higher level of engagement from the customers themselves.

**What do you like best about Swiftsell?**

We were able to get started with it in blitz speed. The team at Swiftsell are super customer obssesive as well. They helped me and the team with minute details and worked with us like consultants than just selling us the software. The feature coverage too is vast. We were able to cover all our business requirements.

I belive the UI could get more modern. But I understand they are in the early stages and these teething issues could be fixed in no time.
