
I had made a long list of requirements when I was recently looking to switch my WhatsApp Business Provider. SwiftSell was the only one to meet all of my key requirements.
1. It's feature rich. While WhatsApp was all we needed & pricing was competitive comparing just WhatsApp solutions, SwiftSell also had full fledged chatbot widgets for website, and other platforms too. Perfect for small business onwards.
2. Automations and Data flows between the CRM & the WhatsApp Comms tool are easy to setup using APIs and Webhooks.
3. We have no limits to the number of users, although we don't require the feature. Similar no limits on the number of bots, etc.
4. There was no margin over Meta fee for sending whatsapp messages. Many other platforms have some margin.
5. AI based Chatbot capabilities with the latest models. worked well during testing although we haven't extensively used it yet.
6. The initial support to migrate and set up was great.

1. Not a lot of video tutorials. Although there is some documentation. This again shouldn't matter much as initially you receive support. But it's best to figure out flows for all your main use cases so that you'll be able to self serve.
2. Bot Builder and data transfer is slightly complicated for one time campaigns. Sometimes takes time to set up a campaign that is intended to autosync responses to the CRM.
3. Sometimes Meta Ads payment for WhatsApp via credit card gets unexplicably blocked. While it's not a Swiftsell problem, some vendors provide credit lines to solve this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
