**What do you like best about SwiftK12?**

The price is right for this product. Literally, can't beat it. It is reliable..it does what it says. Set up and implementation are rather simple.

**What do you dislike about SwiftK12?**

We could no longer afford to keep it. It sends blast messages very effectively, but "call the school office" is no longer the option..we needed 2 way messaging.

**What problems is SwiftK12 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved our "we need to reach our student's contacts", but it is no longer enough...now we need for them to reach us back!
