Implementing Swiftcase is a breeze demonstrating Livepoints dedication to making the onboarding process simple and hassle free.
It is highly recommended for use because of its stability, reliability and wide range of applications, in workflow automation.
It provides a range of capabilities that are specifically designed to simplify and automate business workflows. With its toolkit you can easily create custom workflows and automate tasks making your processes more efficient.
Swiftcase is known for its customer support showcasing a dedication to promptly and efficiently meeting the needs of users. The support team is responsive well informed and committed to resolving any inquiries.

**What do you dislike about SwiftCase?**

The ease of use & flexibility to add or modify is great for us as we have many customers with different needs.  Like the way it connects smartly to our industry apps & platforms & not just the usuals

**What do you dislike about SwiftCase?**

Having to loose some staff as the automation did a lot of the work for us

**What problems is SwiftCase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interconnectivity between the various data sources we use & smart automation between them means we just tell it what to do & what to do if that doesn't work & so on, bit like you would with humans I guess

I like the complete ease of use it offers all our users.  It also offers our company the flexibility to be able to change the system to our way of working.

To be perfectly honest, there is really nothing we dislike, if you don't like how something is configured in the system, then you can change it.

It offers us the flexibility to be able to plan our day very easily, even with our homeworkers and field staff alike.

It get's better every update & simply keeps on giving, plus the ability to link to so many of our suppliers, clients & data providers with relative ease.

Would be great to have a better dashboard but believe that's coming in the next update.
