These agents create cases, update records, and trigger workflows autonomously, all within policy guardrails designed for regulated industries such as insurance, legal, financial services, and healthcare. Integration is straightforward, with native connectors for Xero, Office 365, Slack, and Teams, as well as open APIs. One client processes over 5 million API calls annually across six integrations, all managed within the platform. The results speak for themselves: clients reduce case completion times from weeks to days, achieve 99.2% accuracy with 45% time savings and process over 1,000 daily cases without adding headcount. The platform supports 40,000+ users with role-based access control, and is Cyber Essentials certified, GDPR compliant and hosted in UK data centres.
