**What do you like best about Sweet Analytics?**

What I like best about Sweet Analytics is how easy it made healthcare reporting and operational analytics without requiring our teams to depend heavily on technical resources for every dashboard or data request.

In our healthcare operations environment, we were dealing with patient service metrics, appointment trends, billing performance, and operational reporting across multiple clinics. Before using Sweet Analytics, most reporting was handled manually through spreadsheets and exported reports from different systems, which made analysis slow and inconsistent.


Another strong point is usability. Compared to some enterprise BI platforms that required deeper technical expertise, Sweet Analytics felt much more approachable for non-technical healthcare staff and department managers.

The reporting flexibility was also valuable because leadership teams could access customized insights relevant to patient operations, staffing, and financial performance much more efficiently.

Overall, Sweet Analytics helped improve operational visibility, reduce manual reporting work, and create a more accessible analytics environment for our healthcare teams.

**What do you dislike about Sweet Analytics?**

One limitation we experienced with Sweet Analytics in our healthcare operations environment was that some advanced reporting and customization capabilities felt less flexible compared to larger enterprise BI platforms.

While the platform handled day-to-day operational dashboards very well, building highly specialized healthcare analytics views or combining complex datasets occasionally required additional manual adjustments and support from technical teams.

We also noticed that as reporting volumes and data sources increased across multiple clinics and operational systems, maintaining consistent dashboard structures and data mappings required more governance than we initially expected.

The integration experience was generally smooth overall, though connecting certain legacy healthcare systems and custom operational workflows took additional configuration effort.

Some non-technical users also needed time to fully understand dashboard filtering and report customization features during onboarding.

That said, the platform remained very effective for improving operational visibility and reducing manual reporting work. Most of our concerns were related more to advanced analytics flexibility and scalability rather than the core usability of the platform itself.

**What problems is Sweet Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweet Analytics helped us solve several challenges related to fragmented reporting, limited operational visibility, and slow decision-making within our healthcare operations environment.

Before implementing the platform, patient service data, appointment trends, billing reports, and operational KPIs were spread across multiple systems and manually consolidated through spreadsheets. This made reporting time-consuming and often delayed visibility into important operational issues.

One of the biggest problems was the lack of real-time insight into clinic performance and patient operations. Management teams often had to wait for manually prepared reports before identifying scheduling bottlenecks, service delays, or revenue trends. Sweet Analytics helped centralize those reporting workflows into a much more accessible and real-time analytics environment.

The platform also improved collaboration between operations, finance, and administrative teams because everyone was working from more consistent and centralized reporting data instead of separate spreadsheets and disconnected reports.

Another major benefit has been faster operational decision-making. Teams can now monitor patient volumes, appointment utilization, billing performance, and staffing trends more proactively, which improved day-to-day operational planning significantly.

From a business perspective, Sweet Analytics helped improve operational visibility, streamline healthcare reporting, reduce manual administrative work, and support more data-driven decision-making across clinics and healthcare operations.

**What do you like best about Sweet Analytics?**

I love how Sweet Analytics gives an easy and quick overview of business performance. It's really helpful in providing streamlined marketing insights, overall revenue, and customer analysis for both our e-commerce and retail business. I especially love the customer insights that give us a snapshot of our best customers, warn us about at-risk ones, and offer an easy overview of lifetime value, average order value, and purchase frequency.

**What do you dislike about Sweet Analytics?**

Some of the reporting in Sweet Analytics isn't accurate and has different numbers compared to Shopify. Refunds don't always seem to be picked up.

**What problems is Sweet Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sweet Analytics for reporting my ecommerce and retail business, streamlining marketing insights, and revenue analysis. It combines all KPIs into one dashboard, giving an easy and quick overview of business performance and customer insights.

**What do you like best about Sweet Analytics?**

As a partner of Sweet Analytics, we use it for relevant clients to monitor key KPIs such as LTV, CAC, ROAS and cohort analysis. This allows our clients to have confidence in their investment decisions and understand which levers are available for growth.

The growth model tool is also excellent for sense checking growth ambitions and allows clients to understand the effort required from their owned marketing, as well as paid and earned media channels to increase lapsed or past year cohort sales, to meet the growth goal.

The tool allows us to identify overreliance on particular channels for growth and suggest strategies to future proof growth.

Setting up is so easy and quick. Integrating with ad platforms takes minutes and more API connections are being added all the time, getting as close to a single customer view as any other tool, and for a very competitive price.

**What do you dislike about Sweet Analytics?**

Sometimes data blindness can be an issue and there are a lot of dashboards of data in this tool if you don't know what you are looking at.
Sweet provide loads of free training sessions so I'd recommend users utilise those and also work with a partner who can use the tool to enhance paid media targeting and campaigns.

**What problems is Sweet Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweet's audience builder tool means that as an agency, we can stack conditions and create granular or broad audiences for targeting / campaign purposes.
It saves time and GDPR headaches as no customer data is transferred out of the tool - it is all linked via the API connections straight into the adplatforms.

It also gives us a sense check on the client's source of truth. So often agencies blindly quote ad platform metrics but this isn't what the client is seeing in the back end, so we are able to monitor key performance KPIs like CAC and LTV as well as ROAS in platform and overall site.

Sweet has all the KPI's you need in one place and includes every channel including direct mail which is relevant for more and more ecommerce companies wanting to grow. As an agency the portal to switch between clients easily is great with only a single login.

**What do you dislike about Sweet Analytics?**

From our perspective there aren't any downsides....apart from we need more time to use it!

Sweet helps us understand what KPI's are driving a business forward and which ones are holding it back. Unless you understand how many customers you need to retain and recruit and how much they are costing you within each marketing channel then you don't know where to spend your marketing budget to achieve your business objectives.

**What do you like best about Sweet Analytics?**

The team are excellent, we use them as a consultancy as well as a SAAS platform and their insights are invaluable. The platform itself is incredible value for money, delivering insights that I have seen costs 10x more than Sweet charge. We really understand the customer metrics that are supporting our growth, and the metrics that are holding us back, allowing us to hyper focus on the areas that are most important.

Not much! It's really hard to pick faul when you're getting this much functionality out of the box.

Sweet allows us to understand our customer metrics at a really granular level, but in a way that's easy to understand and report to others in the business.

Sweet provides us with valuable customer and forecasting data.  We can plan and refine all of our marketing activity, using our data in Sweet and analysing it in Sweet. There Account Managers and team are extremely responsive to all client queries.

**What do you dislike about Sweet Analytics?**

We have not found any issues with Sweet.

**What problems is Sweet Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweet helps us to understand how and when to target our customers.  Also to understand their purchasing habits as well as RFM metrics plus more. It also enables us to segment customers and provide in-depth customer analysis.  Sweet also provides marketing channel analysis too.

The Quick dashboards to look at Marketing spend and return is excellent - as well as the product report seeing where you are against plan.

Sometimes I run into confusion as to where to find things, but the customer service team is the best and resolves it very quickly.

Helping understand what is happening in our digital marketing effords to see our returns - Sweet makes it really clear. Also the balance between new and returning customers - Sweet pulls this information about and all analytics against each profile very easily.

Very detailed customer segmentation allows for in-depth analysis of many cohorts of customers. Customer support are quick and helpful, and the app is generally insightful and provides fairly clear wins and losses within your business to allow focus in the right areas

Some things can take a while to set up including costs etc, and I personally find the RFM segments to be confusingly named, but that's pretty muchit

Sweet is really simple to use, and allows me to access key data with ease. Rather than having to sift through multiple reports and multiple platforms, I have everything I need in one place. The team are also great and really helpful.

There are occassionally a few pages that are slow to load, but no major platform problems.

Sweet Analytics gives a brilliant overview of all aspects of the business. It brings together all our key metrics and allows us to track daily progress and sales in real time so we can respond accordingly. Customer support is brilliant too.

It would be great if the growth model was incorporated somewhere in the dashboard. I think this is in development stages so looking forward to it going live.

I appreciate the way Sweet Analytics splits metrics between new and existing customers—this is insightful for our business. The Growth model looks promising and is likely to become a part of our internal reporting in the future. Additionally, the support team is very responsive, providing clear explanations on how to utilise the platform effectively.

**What do you dislike about Sweet Analytics?**

It was surprising to find that the Growth model isn't yet integrated into the platform and requires manual data entry from the portal. However, I understand that integrating this feature is part of their future plans, which should improve the overall user experience.

Deeper insights - expanding on an reframing metrics in a more useful way that benefits our business.

I like how it breaks down customers in to different groups so that we can see who we need to work on trying to turn into repeat customers and the value we could be missing out on by not being proactive. The Woocommerce integration was super easy. I also like the montly check-ins with Sweet to help support us in our goals.

**What do you dislike about Sweet Analytics?**

For our current use case, it feels like we could be benefitting more if more orders where processed through the website instead of offline.

**What problems is Sweet Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweets allows us to stop concentrating on what products we should be selling but rather what customers we should be trying to engage with to grow overall orders.

Their dashboard brings together data from a number of sources and provides one place to look at them together.  They also have a responsive team and good webinars on interesting topics / ability to introduce you to experts.  Growth modelling has been really interesting and helpful

Data on products isn't as useful as the customer data.  The attribution model has a lot in 'other' which isn't very helpful.

Great product to give you a 360 understanding of how your business is performing and what is needed to grow.  The program allows you to really dig deep to understand if your product prices are well positioned. If your ad spend brings a good ROI.
