Swan AI offers a rich set of features, which means there is an initial learning curve when first adopting the platform. It can take some time to explore the full range of capabilities and understand how to get the most value from each module. However, once our team became familiar with the system, daily usage became easy and intuitive.

The onboarding process was well-organized, and the support team played a key role in helping us get up to speed quickly.
