**What do you like best about SurveyVista?**

SurveyVista is a highly capable tool, with the flexibility to support many use cases beyond standard surveying. In addition to basic surveys, we’ve used it as a lightweight training platform, for request-for-information intake, and for customer surveys that can be customized based on customer data. It’s also regularly updated and continues to improve.

The standout aspect of SurveyVista, though, is the customer support. Responses are quick, and the team focuses on understanding the problem and working toward a solution. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about SurveyVista?**

Some of the more advanced features can come with a bit of a learning curve, such as inserting data from Salesforce records. That said, it’s no more complicated than any other tool that also has to work within Salesforce’s strict security standards.

**What problems is SurveyVista solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve used it as a lightweight training platform, for request-for-information intake, and for customer surveys that can be customized based on customer data. With it's direct feed into Salesforce, this saves time and resources without the need to transcribe survey info into actional CRM data.

**What do you like best about SurveyVista?**

The Salesforce integration is seamless and significantly streamlines our workflow. Building surveys and forms is both easy and intuitive, and the template feature is a major highlight. We are currently exploring the RLM add-on, which is proving to be a worthwhile investment. Furthermore, the support team is consistently responsive and collaborative, and the company’s webinars are an excellent resource.

**What do you dislike about SurveyVista?**

One area for improvement is the survey logic builder. While simple surveys are easy to create, building in complex conditional logic can be tricky and a bit clunky. It doesn't always feel as streamlined as the rest of the UI. I’d also love to see more documentation or 'short-cuts' for setting up these advanced flows to save time during the development phase.

Streaming survey builds and flows to get the suvery in front of our customers.

SurveyVista has been a great solution for our needs. The application is user-friendly and easy to set up. We primarily use it to rate Salesforce case answers, and it integrates seamlessly into our processes. Customer support is a real strength: the team is responsive, professional, and always helpful. Overall, a reliable and efficient tool we are very happy with.

**What do you like best about SurveyVista?**

We have been using this product since August 2024. Although I had some questions during the initial set-up, it was relatively easy to use and set up and get the responses to associate to the correct objects. The team has wonderful support though. They are patient and quick to respond and were able to solve all of my issues quickly. They had good documentation for me to walk through to do the initial set-up so it was nice to just do this at my own pace. Thank you!

**What do you dislike about SurveyVista?**

There some things that seemed like an easy fix and I was not sure why it was the way it was. For example, if you add options in addition to the 1-5, and label them 6, 7, etc...you have to unhide another place where you can set a different value but instead of accepting the label, it just leaves it blank...just show that field too or default it to what the label is would make more sense but once I understood what was happening, it was not a big deal!

We use this tool to get feedback from our customers after a closed case or the completion of a project.

We use Survey Vista extensively for our applications and acquittals, and it has proven to be an invaluable tool. What we truly appreciate about Survey Vista is its simplicity and seamless integration with Salesforce. Creating questions and mapping them to Salesforce fields is straightforward, which saves us significant time and effort.

A standout feature for us is how easy it is to view responses submitted by our network partners. This functionality strongly supports our grants team by helping them review and score applications efficiently. In addition, the support team has been exceptional; they listen carefully to our concerns and provide prompt, effective solutions that have made a real difference to our operations.

Overall, Survey Vista has not only streamlined our processes, but also improved the experience for both our internal teams and our external partners.

I haven’t found anything that would make me dislike Survey Vista.

**What do you like best about SurveyVista?**

SurveyVista has been a game-changer for our team. From day one, their customer service stood out—fast responses, clear guidance, and proactive check-ins that made setup and rollout painless. The onboarding materials were concise, and support was always just a message away.

Functionally, the platform delivers more than expected for the price. The survey builder is intuitive, templates are genuinely useful (not just filler), and the reporting dashboards make it easy to turn responses into decisions. We’ve especially appreciated the seamless integrations and reliable performance—no lag, no downtime during busy campaigns.

What truly sets SurveyVista apart is the value. We’re getting enterprise-grade capabilities without the enterprise price tag, and our team saves hours each week thanks to automation and clean analytics. **What do you dislike about SurveyVista?**

Advanced logic comes with a mild learning curve, and a few edge-case workflows required some trial and error to get right. Theme customization is solid overall, but it could benefit from finer control, especially around fonts, spacing, and custom CSS. Exports are fast, but we’d love to see more native formats, along with scheduled delivery to S3/Drive without needing a workaround. Permissioning is strong at the project level; however, more granular roles for question editing and data access would better support larger teams. Mobile preview works well, but an in-app, side-by-side preview for multiple devices would make QA much faster.

The overall look feels very decorative and cosmetic-oriented. The form templates provided on the SurveyVista website still need a lot of work in terms of design and theme.

Simple but powerful and feature-rich, it covers almost everything I need for surveys, for example, branching logic, conditional show/hide rules, many types of questions, and CAPTCHA. In short, the key features are all there, similar to what you can find in other popular apps such as MS form and jotform.

You need Salesforce to implement this solution effectively. It would be beneficial if you could use it as a standalone application.

We implemented SurveyVista for one of our clients and were very impressed with the results. The app allowed them to move all survey activities into Salesforce and seamlessly link responses to both standard and custom objects.

Our client relies heavily on collecting feedback but previously struggled to connect survey data with Salesforce records. SurveyVista made this process simple, efficient, and reliable. The learning curve was minimal, and the platform is intuitive to use.

Easy to install and use. Straightforward for admins to customize using low-code technology. It provides all the features we need, and it’s much lower priced than Survey Monkey for non-profits.

You do need to be an experienced admin to handle the more complex personalizations, should you need them.

We collect a large volume of customer and beneficiary feedback to help us optimize our service delivery. SurveyVista has significantly reduced the effort required to gather and process this data.

I am amazed at how prompt and thorough Survey Vista support is.  Every time I need assistance, they respond quickly and stick with the issue until 100% resolved.  Couldn't ask for anything better.

It's a wonderful product.   It is not 'easy'.  It does however had many features and ways of using and integrating with it.

We have been using forms and surveys with this tool for the past year and it has revolutionized how we collet information and feedback. Having this information map directly into our Salesforce records is a real game changer. The interface is really user friendly, but also very powerful and I feel as though every day I uncover a new use case or possibility. The customer service from the team is also top notch. I often reach out with questions and the team is always quick to respond and great at finding solutions. Couldn't recommend enough!

**What do you like best about SurveyVista?**

SurveyVista is incredibly easy to use, even with minimal setup time, we were able to launch professional, branded surveys quickly. The interface is clean and intuitive, and it integrates well with our Salesforce org. The real standout, though, is the support team. They're highly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your success with the product. It’s clear the team is invested in constantly improving the platform and helping users get real value.

**What do you dislike about SurveyVista?**

I know it's still a work in progress, but I wish a few more features I was looking for were already available. That said, the team has been transparent and shared that many of these features are on the roadmap, which gives me confidence in the future of the platform.

**What problems is SurveyVista solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to launch a customer review program that integrated directly with Salesforce, but most of the tools we looked at were priced in the thousands and required complex setups. SurveyVista came along at the perfect time, affordable, easy to implement, and built specifically for what we needed. It allowed us to quickly launch our review automation without the heavy cost or overhead, and we’ve seen immediate value from the insights we’re collecting.

SurveyVista by Ardira is a reliable and well-designed native forms tool for Salesforce. The Ardira team has improved the software based on real use cases, making it effective for marketing forms and surveys. The documentation is clear, and customer support is responsive and knowledgeable. They recently helped me create a custom flow to send automated emails after survey completions. Highly recommend!

Like all Salesforce apps, there is a learning curve to understand all that is possible with SurveyVista.

SurveyVista allows us to create all forms and surveys in one place and instantly connects to our Salesforce CRM. It solves the problems of having to learn a new tool and integrating an external tool. The customer support team is really helpful when I run into development roadblocks.

**What do you like best about SurveyVista?**

SurveyVista has enabled us to integrate all of our registration forms and feedback surveys fully with Salesforce.com, saving us considerable time and manual effort. Also, the SurveyVista support team is incredibly responsive and helpful!

**What do you dislike about SurveyVista?**

Because the app is so powerful, there are a lot of features to learn and it can be intimidating at first. However, the knowledge base resources are really helpful, and the support team is always there to answer questions.

**What problems is SurveyVista solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using SurveyVista for over a year now, successfully replacing all of our previous form tools. SurveyVista offers seamless integration with Salesforce, allowing for two-way data synchronization even with our many custom objects. This has proved invaluable as we were able to automate some of the more intricate registration processes for our annual conference, saving us considerable time and manual effort. The tool also effortlessly handles simpler registrations and other surveys, so it's now our go-to for all forms for our company.

**What do you like best about SurveyVista?**

This tool hits all the marks for us.

1) Highly configurable, 100% native Salesforce application. If you are an experienced administrator, you will have no problem setting up surveys using this tool. We are using the survey for two different use cases, with entirely different delivery mechanisms. For our NPS, we load thousands of surveys using Data Loader. For our implementation surveys, we use a SFDC Flow to launch the surveys. Additionally, there are very easy-to-use out-of-the-box delivery mechanisms.

2) Excellent, responsive customer support. They generally get back within a few hours with helpful (not just perfunctory) replies.

3) Lots of nice features. For example, we want an email to go out with a primary survey question embedded into the email body. We want the customer to answer this question in the email, and then launch them into the full survey on the web (using a Salesforce site). SurveyVista does this seamlessly.

4) Good value. This was less expesive than our previous survey tool, and we don't have to worry about integrating it with Salesforce, because it's already there.

You will need a capable Salesforce admin to make full use of the tool.

Our company has really appreciated how integrated Survey Vista is with salesforce. We are now able to track feedback and event registration data much more effectively and it has streamlined many of our operations. Survey Vista now hosts our registration tracking for the many conferences we host. Being able to track attendees, registration data from previous years, customized questions, etc. and having survey responses map back into a Salesforce dashboard has been incredibly beneficial for us.

**What do you like best about SurveyVista?**

The app is super useful and impressive, it provides out of the box functionality for linking the survey results back with the Salesforce records which is missing in Salesforce native surveys.

The UI is user-friendly for building the surveys. The reports and dashboard provided within app are also helpful.

The best part is the support team (especially Brijesh Popat), they provide super quick resolution, give appropriate guidance and take user feedback in a very positive manner as well for improving the app. I would recommend others to try SurveyVista app!!

I dont think of any resons as of now to not like about SurveyVista!

Connecting directly with Salesforce objects and generating reports out of it. The UI of SurveyVista is also very user friendly.

**What do you like best about SurveyVista?**

I have tried and tested several different Survey/Feedback apps for a number of years, and I can honestly say that SurveyVista no only has the most comprehensive set of features and functionality you would wish to have in a Survey/Feedback app, but it also provides a powerful application for designing Forms for gathering data into Salesforce. It's like having two apps in one!
Add to that the incredible support you get from the Ardira developers, who reply to our queries within hours and always try to incorporate our suggestions and functionality requirements into future releases, and you end up with a Best-in-Class app for gathering feedback and requesting information from Contacts (or any custom object!). And yet it is more affordable than other similar apps with less functionality.
I could not recommend this app enough: try it out for yourself - you will not be disappointed.

**What do you dislike about SurveyVista?**

Not much - probably not being able tocustomize the Metrics Report generated by the app.
Also it would be great to be able to filter question options based on previous questions values.

The implementation assistance was excellent, especially concerning having numerous existing surveys build in Salesforce for me and imported as well. I was regularly impressed with the help resources and the support I received when I need to connect with someone, especially when we did a live connect to troubleshoot together.

I would not fault SurveyVista but rather the generally overly complicated nature of managing Salesforce.

We moved to this from SurveyMonkey as we wanted to move our data to within Salesforce. The platform has even more survey options with question types for every use case. The support team are also excellent, I recently had a question regarding reporting and the team spent 30 minutes on a call with me explaining all the different options I have available and even offer to build custom dashboards for you for an additional one time fee.

I had been looking to migrate to a new survey tool that has better integration than our previous service. SurveyVista is not only more feature packed, and natively integrated into Salesforce, but it runs rings around the other services I demoed on value. Plus the service from Rajesh and Brijesh cannot be faulted and did a phenomenal job assisting in the data migration from our previous platform. They've also been very receptive to feedback and have implemented a number of updates based on my feedback already. Highly recommended survey solution.

We have been using SurveyVista for more than a year for several surveys and are very pleased with the product. It functions exactly as promised, featuring a user-friendly interface and excellent UX/UI design. Moreover, the support provided by the team has been exceptional—professional, responsive, and highly beneficial, offering advice that has significantly aided our usage of the product.

I would like to improve the implementation of a design for the survey. Currently, there are many options, but they are in different fields. This is helpful for declarative customizing by people who don't have much knowledge of HTML/CSS.
It would be beneficial if there was an option to upload a whole HTML file or write it directly in the app.

The tool is simple to use and has great features, like response mapping, branching and others, while only costing a fraction of comparable tools. Also the documentation and the support of the Ardira team is great and they are quick with replies.

Some small tweaks could be made in regards to draft/open status and having to copy a new version and rename it, but other than that I did not find anything I disliked.

Survey Vista can help with many different requirements around getting information from participants (customers, partners, employees, etc.). And through the seamless integration with Salesforce you have the information directly where you want to have it.
