What do you like best about SurveyVista?

The implementation assistance was excellent, especially concerning having numerous existing surveys build in Salesforce for me and imported as well. I was regularly impressed with the help resources and the support I received when I need to connect with someone, especially when we did a live connect to troubleshoot together. What do you dislike about SurveyVista?

"Great product and even better support"

What do you like best about SurveyVista?

We have been using this product since August 2024. Although I had some questions during the initial set-up, it was relatively easy to use and set up and get the responses to associate to the correct objects. The team has wonderful support though. They are patient and quick to respond and were able to solve all of my issues quickly. They had good documentation for me to walk through to do the initial set-up so it was nice to just do this at my own pace. Thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyVista?

There some things that seemed like an easy fix and I was not sure why it was the way it was. For example, if you add options in addition to the 1-5, and label them 6, 7, etc...you have to unhide another place where you can set a different value but instead of accepting the label, it just leaves it blank...just show that field too or default it to what the label is would make more sense but once I understood what was happening, it was not a big deal!
