SurveyVista Pricing Overview

SurveyVista by Ardira is a reliable and well-designed native forms tool for Salesforce. The Ardira team has improved the software based on real use cases, making it effective for marketing forms and surveys. The documentation is clear, and customer support is responsive and knowledgeable. They recently helped me create a custom flow to send automated emails after survey completions. Highly recommend! We have been using this product since August 2024. Although I had some questions during the initial set-up, it was relatively easy to use and set up and get the responses to associate to the correct objects. The team has wonderful support though. They are patient and quick to respond and were able to solve all of my issues quickly. There some things that seemed like an easy fix and I was not sure why it was the way it was. For example, if you add options in addition to the 1-5, and label them 6, 7, etc...you have to unhide another place where you can set a different value but instead of accepting the label, it just leaves it blank...just show that field too or default it to what the label is would make more sense but once I understood what was happening, it was not a big deal!
