Surefront has been a transformative tool for our business. Before Surefront, our team relied heavily on outdated tools like spreadsheets and processes that were time consuming, inefficient, and prone to miscommunication. With Surefront, we've replaced all of that with a single platform that keeps all of our SKUs organized in one place. The system is very flexible and the Surefront team has been able to tailor it perfectly for our business/teams. Surefront also improved our communication with our suppliers and allowed the product development and production team to do everything in one place. It's relatively easy to access the same information the vendors give us to update our own systems. The filter system works well and projects are easy to find. With the amount of development we have, this central system is integral to keeping our teams on track, ensuring we hit all necessary deadlines without delays that other systems can cause. What problems is Surefront solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest problem that Surefront solves is the ability to consolidate development across multiple vendors into one platform. It makes tracking product lifecycles more streamlined and helps minimize delays that can often occur when working in the more antiquated communication process of sending large spreadsheets via email. It allows easy supply chain collaboration. I am able to comunicate effectively with customers and suppliers in the same application. Also, their customer support team is outstanding. What problems is Surefront solving and how is that benefiting you? The RFQ feature is by far the best I have used. It is extremely easy to communicate with suppliers and receive quotes for multiple products at a time. It is also just as effective in communicating with customers. Their line list download features allows you to quickly put an offer together for a customer; you may choose the presentation format that fits their needs. This is an excellent tool! We have established a wonderful partnership with the Surefront team. They have created a platform that helps manage an astronomical amount of information. The UI has been very easy to learn and to onboard team members with, while the system helped easily transfer all of our data from our previous system as well.
