Before Surefront, our team relied heavily on outdated tools like spreadsheets and processes that were time consuming, inefficient, and prone to miscommunication. With Surefront, we've replaced all of that with a single platform that keeps all of our SKUs organized in one place. The system is very flexible and the Surefront team has been able to tailor it perfectly for our business/teams. Surefront also improved our communication with our suppliers and allowed the product development and production team to do everything in one place. Their system is also extremely easy and allows all of our departments and partners to use it. **What do you dislike about Surefront?** System can be a little slower than usual if a lot of people are working on it at the same time **What problems is Surefront solving and how is that benefiting you?** Surefront is allowing our business to keep all of our product in one place and we are able to categorize it by vendor, collection, sku and many other filters. ### 2. The filter system works well and projects are easy to find. Customer service is usually quick and helpful as well. **What do you dislike about Surefront?** I don't like that we haven't had access to the search function for awhile now. Makes it more difficult to quickly search for a product with less clicks. **What problems is Surefront solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are upfront with monthly meetings about what changes are happening across all of our teams and gives us the opportunity to ask any questions needed about updates or general features. ### 3. I would recommend Surefront to any organization who buys or produces any sorts of consumer products. **What do you dislike about Surefront?** I hope to use their business analytical features soon. **What problems is Surefront solving and how is that benefiting you?** The RFQ feature is by far the best I have used. It is extremely easy to communicate with suppliers and receive quotes for multiple products at a time. It is also just as effective in communicating with customers. Their line list download features allows you to quickly put an offer together for a customer; you may choose the presentation format that fits their needs. This is an excellent tool! ### 10. They have created a platform that helps manage an astronomical amount of information. The UI has been very easy to learn and to onboard team members with, while the system helped easily transfer all of our data from our previous system as well. Any issues we have seen have been addressed immediately and with urgency by the Surefront team. **What do you dislike about Surefront?** The system still requires a bit of manual work where it feels like information should be able to sync across different areas of the platform more easily. **What problems is Surefront solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of access to information.
