It's relatively easy to access the same information the vendors give us to update our own systems. The filter system works well and projects are easy to find. Customer service is usually quick and helpful as well.

I enjoy being able to review workflows across licenses and vendors all in one place. It is a great tool for storing product information and communicating with vendors on samples and there are a number of features that we reference in our day to day work.

Surefront is our key source for setting up all items in our systems. The exports make it easy for us to upload all the item information without being too manual. I like having all the information about an item in one place and being able to go back and reference if needed.
