Support.cc is a very cool app that helps us manage support requests and inquiries from customers. We can generate tickets, assign them to our team, and even build sub-tickets and allocate them to other team members using this software. It also helps us establish a consumer knowledge base and track client happiness. The nicest aspect of the program is that we can combine it with our other software solutions, such as live chat and chatbots.
