Superthread has a pretty convenient layout of different tabs that allow you to easily switch between both teams and your current tasks, making it easy to check available tasks while you're doing yours. The cards are also well-designed, with enough features to make them clear for other users, without any extra clutter. It's also pretty easy to figure out how to use, so it'll be easy for beginners to get started. It's also nice that some actions done via missclick are not recorded and do not clutter up the history. Unfortunately, sometimes Superthread logs out of your account automatically or freezes, giving an error, which is why you have to log in again (which is even more inconvenient because you need to quickly enter the code from your email, and it may arrive quite late). It also does not always update tasks correctly in real time, and does not always send notifications for certain actions, for example, completing a checkbox task, which is slightly disorienting. To make the layout even easier to navigate, it would be nice to be able to color code projects and task cards somehow, because when there's a lot of ongoing projects, it could become a little harder to spot what you need while scrolling through everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has everything a company needs to operate. I can easily and seamlessly create tasks, move them between columns, assign them to other departments, receive notifications about updates, create checklists, and more. There are a few minor details I’d like to see improved. It would be convenient to have a search function for the archive and more options to filter the search within a specific board list, etc. Also, it's frustrating that if you accidentally overwrite a task while typing, there's no way to undo the changes and restore the previous text.
