Thank you for your product. One of the main advantages I see in your product is the card functionality — I really like that I can quickly assign a column to move the card to without leaving it, and also change the label easily.

I would also love to see suggestions for the most frequently assigned people — this would greatly speed up the workflow. The same goes for the Checklist: when assigning someone in the dropdown menu, it would be helpful to see a list of recommended people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On the downside, I don't like that pages left open in the browser often revert to the Superthread home page. Pages also tend to reload on their own during use.

I also want to mention the mobile version specifically: the clickable area between columns is very small, and sometimes it's almost impossible to scroll the page horizontally — especially when the columns are fully filled with cards.
