## Superleap Reviews
  ### 1. Efficient Platform for Lead Engagement & Communication Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Argha R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

One of the most helpful aspects of Superleap is its user-friendly, efficient communication automation. It streamlines student/customer engagement through timely, personalized workflows, which can significantly improve response rates and overall operational efficiency.

The platform is easy to navigate and reliable, and it makes it much simpler to manage communication journeys at scale. Features such as campaign automation, tracking, analytics, and multi-channel engagement make it especially effective for boosting engagement while also monitoring performance.

Another major upside is the Superleap team’s support and responsiveness, along with the flexibility to customize campaigns based on specific business requirements. Overall, it saves time, improves engagement, and helps maintain more consistent communication.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

Nothing as such as of now. As much of our product level requests, superleap was able to sort it out

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superleap is helping us address the challenge of keeping students consistently engaged across different stages of their lifecycle. Previously, managing communication journeys, follow-ups, reminders, and engagement campaigns across multiple channels felt manual and fragmented.

With Superleap, we can now automate and streamline these communications more efficiently through personalized, timely nudges. This has helped improve student engagement, increase platform/app adoption, and provide better tracking and visibility into our communications.

The platform also makes it easier to monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, which supports more data-driven improvements to our communication strategy. Overall, it has reduced operational effort, improved consistency in how we communicate, and enhanced the overall student experience.

  ### 2. A Smart and User-Friendly CRM for End-to-End Customer Journeys

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kshitij S. | Lead - Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

What I like best about Superleap is its AI-powered CRM capabilities, especially the Voice AI features and prompt-based report generation, which save significant time and improve productivity. The platform is user-friendly, easy to adopt, and backed by a highly responsive and supportive team.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

The platform is continuously evolving, and a few features could benefit from additional customization options. However, the team actively takes feedback and regularly introduces improvements.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superleap helps us centralize lead management, automate customer engagement through WhatsApp communications and integrated Voice Bot journeys, and streamline servicing through its ticketing mechanism. Its lead engagement and scoring capabilities help prioritize high-potential leads, improving conversion rates, operational efficiency, and overall customer experience.

  ### 3. Streamlined Lead Management with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit Bharti . | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

I really like the hierarchy management in Superleap, which neatens the handling of team structures and team-specific privacy for leads. This is a big plus for our business with its need for managing personnel information securely. Another standout feature is the clean and unique UI. It's simple and efficient, making it easy for ground-level users to focus on sales rather than becoming CRM experts. The dashboards are straightforward and effective for managers to handle team oversight. The ease of setup was also impressive; despite the initial chaos, we managed to bring everything over quickly, which was a huge relief.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

The integrations with a wide variety of systems are lacking, which could be improved specifically for customers like us.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superleap for centralized lead management, tracking exams, and managing user data across India in real-time. It offers easy hierarchy management and simple, unique UI, allowing focus on sales rather than CRM expertise. This enhances data handling for region and center heads efficiently.

  ### 4. Great Lead Visibility, But Talk-Time Updates Can Be Slow

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul Kumar Ponia . | Eductional counselor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

What I like most about Super Leap is that I can see everything there. It has a lot of tasks, like admission done, branch visit, branch visit done, and untouched leads. Here, I can view each and every individual lead clearly.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

It is very slow. For example, when updating the talk time, it doesn’t reflect in a timely way and can take hours to show up sometimes.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, we were using Sales Force, and then the company decided to switch to Superleap. In Superleap, I can view leads in a different and more individual way. I can see leads separately as untouched leads, admission done, and branch visit, and I can check each one individually. In comparison, I cannot see leads this way in Sales Force.

  ### 5. Superleap Streamlines Student Enquiries and Admissions with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maulik S. | Digital Marketing Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

What I like most about Superleap is how it streamlines the entire student enquiry and admissions process from start to finish. Features like automated lead assignment, follow-up tracking, reporting dashboards, and AI-powered workflows help counsellors work more efficiently, stay organised, and make sure no enquiry slips through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

As of now all things are working fine good

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superleap helps us solve challenges related to lead management, follow-up tracking, and team coordination. Earlier, managing enquiries from multiple sources and ensuring timely follow-ups was difficult, which sometimes resulted in missed opportunities. With Superleap, lead allocation, communication tracking, and reporting are centralized and automated, improving response times and visibility across teams. This has helped us increase operational efficiency, enhance lead conversion rates, and make better data-driven decisions.

  ### 6. Superleap Is Highly Responsive, Delivering Requested Features and Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swadhin S. | Associate Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

Superleap has been accommodating to include product requests, new features, modifications
We have also executed several tech integrations for payments, onboarding, and reporting.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

The original product was designed to be lean and fast - but with all the additional features and integrations, the product now looks patchy and more ad hoc from a holistic perspective

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing to curate our lead management systems to meet our specific business model.

Making all the customisations on legacy CRM systems is slow and expensive

  ### 7. Superleap seamless platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lakshmi P. | Senior IT operation Analysts, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

We are currently using SuperLeap CRM for our nutrition-based organization. Overall, the platform is supporting our business requirements effectively. The workflows are functioning well, and the team has been responsive in implementing the features and enhancements we request.

The only challenge is that some of the backend workflows are relatively complex and may require a learning curve for users. Apart from this, we are satisfied with the system's performance, support, and customization capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

Workflow is little complex yet rest all great

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the customization are easily possible in superleap, special mention to dashboard , AI call analysis, Superboar and Super chat

  ### 8. Effortless Lead Management and Organization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sibjyoti G. | Senior Program Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

What I like best about Superleap is how simple and intuitive it is to use. It makes managing leads and tracking follow-ups very straightforward without unnecessary complexity. The platform feels well thought out for daily sales work and helps keep everything organized, which saves time and improves overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

Some features are still limited compared to more mature CRMs. I also feel that reporting and customization options could be improved. Occasionally, I wish there were more integrations available, which would make it easier to connect Superleap with other tools I use.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of messy lead management and missed follow-ups for me. It gives a clear view of leads, tasks, and daily priorities in one place. This helps me stay organized, respond on time, and manage my sales work more efficiently without feeling overwhelmed.

  ### 9. Beautiful UI, Great Support, and Fair Pricing

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

I love the user interface, as well as the support and pricing.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

In a few areas, the product still needs further development. The team should work on improving those aspects at the product level.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better lead assignment, clearer visibility, and more structured, well-organized data overall.

  ### 10. Easy Access, Personalized Lead Data, and Prompt Support

Lead visibility and better lead nurturing

  ### 11. Powerful Copilot with Strong MCP Support

  ### 12. Superleap - CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yashika T. | AM, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

The best thing I like about superleap is the availability or the call recordings at real-time. In our place this crm is synced with ameyo which shows instant call logs and all activities.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

The things I dislike about superleap is that we cannot do global search properly about our leads generated.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving our problem by helping us drive our sales and maintaining our data at a single platform. however there are lot of things which superleap requires to work upon.
