**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yarab P. | Manager - New intiatives, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

As a CRM, I love the way it supports integrations through code, along with AI-enabled assistance for writing that code and related tasks. The AI call insights are a top-notch feature. Superleap makes our work easier by keeping all information in one place, which helps us stay organized and consistent. It’s useful for tracking leads, pulling reports, updating data, and reducing manual work. Overall, the automated processes and dashboards save time and improve efficiency across the team.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

A few reports and dashboards could be improved for better visibility. Faster performance and more accurate data updates would improve the overall user experience.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superleap helps address challenges with lead tracking, data management, reporting, and overall operational visibility. By consolidating all information into a single platform, it reduces manual effort, improves process tracking, and enables clearer monitoring through dashboards, which helps teams make faster decisions. As a result, efficiency has improved, reliance on multiple sheets has decreased, and day-to-day operations feel more streamlined.

 ### 2. Reliable CRM for End-to-End Business Process Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya Saxena . | QA Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

What I like most about SuperLeap CRM is its ability to bring multiple business processes together into a single, well-integrated platform. It streamlines lead management, opportunity tracking, admissions, and various business workflows while seamlessly integrating with systems such as Salesforce, Phoenix, and other enterprise applications.

The platform is highly configurable, allowing new business requirements to be implemented efficiently without disrupting existing processes. I also appreciate the focus on automation, validations, and data consistency, which helps reduce manual effort and improves overall operational efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

While SuperLeap CRM is a capable and evolving platform, there are a few areas where the overall product experience could be improved:

Deployment cycles often take longer than expected, which delays the availability of new features and bug fixes to end users.

The overall user interface could be made more intuitive by improving navigation, consistency, and reducing the number of clicks required for common actions.

Improving overall product stability and reducing recurring defects would further increase user confidence and minimize post-release issues.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperLeap CRM centralizes multiple business processes into a single platform, reducing dependency on multiple systems for day-to-day operations. It streamlines lead management, opportunity tracking, admissions, and related workflows while integrating with other enterprise applications, enabling data to flow seamlessly across systems.

From my perspective, this has made it easier to validate end-to-end business processes, track data across integrated systems, and identify issues more efficiently. The configurable nature of the platform allows new business requirements to be implemented quickly, while built-in validations and automation help improve data quality and reduce manual effort. Overall, SuperLeap has simplified complex business workflows and provided better visibility into the complete customer lifecycle.

 ### 3. Superleap Makes Funnel Tracking Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav M. | GM, Product & Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

What I like best about Superleap is how quickly we're able to build and iterate on our workflows.

Building dashboards and analytics is straightforward, so we can create reports and track business metrics without spending a lot of time. The automation engine is another standout feature—it's reliable, and the visual flow interface makes it easy to understand and debug existing automations whenever something needs to be changed.

The CRM interface is also very intuitive for our calling team. New team members are able to get comfortable with it quickly, and it helps them manage leads, follow-ups, and daily tasks efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

One area that could be improved is managing large and complex automation setups. As our business has grown, we've ended up with 100+ workflows, and it can become difficult to understand which automation is responsible for what or what the downstream impact of a change might be.

Features like better dependency mapping, workflow documentation, version history, or a way to visualize relationships between automations would make it much easier to maintain and scale complex implementations.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superleap has made a noticeable difference in how we run our operations. We now have clear visibility into where every lead is coming from, our team responds to customers much faster, and callers spend less time on manual tasks. Having the complete sales and procurement funnel in one place also makes it much easier to track progress and spot areas that need attention.

 ### 4. Superleap Keeps Our Sales Data Centralized and Streamlines Our Process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arpit P. | Founder Office - Growth Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

As a startup, what matters most to us is keeping all our data in one place and having a clearer view of where the bottlenecks are in our sales process. Superleap has genuinely helped us do that, and it’s made it much easier to see what needs attention and where we should focus next.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

There aren’t any such downsides at the moment, but it would be really helpful if the dashboard and reporting were a bit easier to use and navigate.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Superleap, we relied heavily on spreadsheets, often juggling multiple sheets to manage our data. This process was time-consuming, especially when it came to extracting insights, and the sheets frequently struggled to handle large volumes of data. Since switching to Superleap, we've saved a significant amount of time, and the platform has proven to be reliable and convenient to use.

 ### 5. Simple and Reliable CRM for Daily Sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denim R. | Senior BDA, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

What I like most about Superleap is that it's simple and doesn't take much time to learn. It keeps all our leads and follow-ups organized, so it's easier to stay on top of daily tasks. The support team is also friendly and quick to help whenever we've had questions.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

There isn't much to dislike, but I'd like to see more integrations with other tools and a few more advanced reporting options. The platform works well overall, and these improvements would make it even better.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superleap helps us keep all our leads and follow-ups in one place, so nothing gets missed. It has made our sales process more organized, saved us time, and helped the team respond to prospects more consistently.

 ### 6. Efficient Platform for Lead Engagement & Communication Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Argha R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

One of the most helpful aspects of Superleap is its user-friendly, efficient communication automation. It streamlines student/customer engagement through timely, personalized workflows, which can significantly improve response rates and overall operational efficiency.

The platform is easy to navigate and reliable, and it makes it much simpler to manage communication journeys at scale. Features such as campaign automation, tracking, analytics, and multi-channel engagement make it especially effective for boosting engagement while also monitoring performance.

Another major upside is the Superleap team’s support and responsiveness, along with the flexibility to customize campaigns based on specific business requirements. Overall, it saves time, improves engagement, and helps maintain more consistent communication.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

Nothing as such as of now. As much of our product level requests, superleap was able to sort it out

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superleap is helping us address the challenge of keeping students consistently engaged across different stages of their lifecycle. Previously, managing communication journeys, follow-ups, reminders, and engagement campaigns across multiple channels felt manual and fragmented.

With Superleap, we can now automate and streamline these communications more efficiently through personalized, timely nudges. This has helped improve student engagement, increase platform/app adoption, and provide better tracking and visibility into our communications.

The platform also makes it easier to monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, which supports more data-driven improvements to our communication strategy. Overall, it has reduced operational effort, improved consistency in how we communicate, and enhanced the overall student experience.

 ### 7. Superleap Streamlines Workflows with Custom Automation and Insightful Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

What I like most about Superleap is that it makes our day-to-day work much easier by keeping all the information in one place. It simplifies lead tracking, data updates, and report generation, while reducing a lot of manual effort. The flexibility to customize workflows and automate processes helps teams work more efficiently, and the dashboards provide quick insights that save time and support better decision-making. Overall, it has made our operations more organized, streamlined, and productive.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

As of now everything is working smoothly. Thanks to CSM.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superleap solves the challenge of managing day-to-day operations across multiple tools and spreadsheets. It brings lead tracking, data management, reporting, and operational workflows into one platform, making it much easier to keep everything organized. Instead of spending time updating different sheets or searching for information, teams can access everything in one place, track progress in real time, and monitor performance through dashboards. It also reduces manual work, improves visibility across processes, and helps teams make faster, more informed decisions. AI-powered features help automate repetitive tasks, summarize interactions, provide actionable insights, and reduce manual effort, allowing teams to focus on higher-value work.

 ### 8. AI-Powered CRM, Built Our Way

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

Superleap actually feels built for how a sales team works, not against it. What stands out most is how flexible it is - we shaped the software around our business and processes, not the other way around. Instead of forcing us into a rigid template, it adapts to how we actually work. The interface is clean and fast. On top of that, a lot of the busywork is AI-assisted - quick summaries of each call - so we walk into every conversation better prepared and make faster, smarter decisions on where to focus. Onboarding was painless, and support has been responsive whenever we've needed them.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

Being a fast-growing product, a few of the more advanced reporting and customization options are still maturing, so we occasionally wanted a bit more depth out of the box. There's also a small learning curve early on as you configure things to fit your process - worth it, but plan for a little setup time. Nothing deal-breaking; the team ships improvements quickly and has been quick to act on feedback.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Superleap, our sales data was scattered, and follow-ups slipped through the cracks - we had no single, reliable view of our pipeline. Because we could shape it around our own process, adoption across the team was quick. The net benefit: a cleaner pipeline, faster response times, and better visibility for making decisions that actually move revenue.

 ### 9. Superleap Simplified Our Lead Management and Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

What I like most about Superleap is its flexibility in workflow automation and CRM customization. It allows us to automate repetitive tasks, manage student leads efficiently, and build custom workflows without much complexity. The webhook support and API integrations made it easy to connect platforms like AI Sensy, MCube, and our student portal. The reporting features and lead management have significantly improved our team's productivity, reduced manual work, and helped us provide faster follow-ups to students. Another aspect I appreciate is the support team. Sumanth has been very responsive and helpful whenever we encountered challenges or required changes. His technical guidance and quick turnaround made the implementation process much smoother. Overall, Superleap has become a central platform for managing our daily operations efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

I haven't experienced any major issues with Superleap so far. The platform has been reliable, and the support team is quick to address any questions or requests.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superleap has helped us streamline lead management, automate repetitive tasks, and improve follow-ups through custom workflows and integrations. This has reduced manual effort, increased our team's productivity, and ensured a smoother experience for both our staff and students.

We plan to fully utilize the AI capabilities, like call analysis and reporting, to better understand customer and agent behavior and ensure updates align with conversations. Also, the integration with calling tools like Ozonetel is a plus. It's definitely more customizable compared to what we used before, which was LeadSquared.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kshitij S. | Lead - Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

What I like best about Superleap is its AI-powered CRM capabilities, especially the Voice AI features and prompt-based report generation, which save significant time and improve productivity. The platform is user-friendly, easy to adopt, and backed by a highly responsive and supportive team.

Its lead engagement and scoring capabilities help prioritize high-potential leads, improving conversion rates, operational efficiency, and overall customer experience.

 ### 13. Streamlined Lead Management with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit Bharti . | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

I really like the hierarchy management in Superleap, which neatens the handling of team structures and team-specific privacy for leads. This is a big plus for our business with its need for managing personnel information securely. Another standout feature is the clean and unique UI. It's simple and efficient, making it easy for ground-level users to focus on sales rather than becoming CRM experts. The dashboards are straightforward and effective for managers to handle team oversight. The ease of setup was also impressive; despite the initial chaos, we managed to bring everything over quickly, which was a huge relief.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

The integrations with a wide variety of systems are lacking, which could be improved specifically for customers like us.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superleap for centralized lead management, tracking exams, and managing user data across India in real-time. It offers easy hierarchy management and simple, unique UI, allowing focus on sales rather than CRM expertise. This enhances data handling for region and center heads efficiently.

 ### 15. Smooth Transition, Highly Customizable CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

I think the best thing about Superleap is that their team is very responsive and they pick up our requirements as and when we tell them, allowing us to customize the platform as per our needs, which wasn't possible with Salesforce. They are able to cater to our accounts, and the transition from Salesforce to Superleap was surprisingly smooth, with no hiccups and no major business impact.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

I think analytics is something maybe they can improve. It's very good, but probably the platform can definitely provide more customizable dashboards and reporting systems as per requirements.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superleap solves data management, tracking, and workflow issues with Salesforce, offering customizability and responsive support. The transition was smooth, with no business impact.

 ### 16. Great Lead Visibility, But Talk-Time Updates Can Be Slow

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul Kumar Ponia . | Eductional counselor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Superleap?**

What I like most about Super Leap is that I can see everything there. It has a lot of tasks, like admission done, branch visit, branch visit done, and untouched leads. Here, I can view each and every individual lead clearly.

**What do you dislike about Superleap?**

It is very slow. For example, when updating the talk time, it doesn’t reflect in a timely way and can take hours to show up sometimes.

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, we were using Sales Force, and then the company decided to switch to Superleap. In Superleap, I can view leads in a different and more individual way. I can see leads separately as untouched leads, admission done, and branch visit, and I can check each one individually. In comparison, I cannot see leads this way in Sales Force.

As of now all things are working fine good

**What problems is Superleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superleap helps us solve challenges related to lead management, follow-up tracking, and team coordination. Earlier, managing enquiries from multiple sources and ensuring timely follow-ups was difficult, which sometimes resulted in missed opportunities. This has helped us increase operational efficiency, enhance lead conversion rates, and make better data-driven decisions.

I think Superleap could improve with a better quality interface.

I use Superleap for lead management as it makes our day-to-day activities easy throughout the entire process. Plus, I value its automation and integrations.

We have also executed several tech integrations for payments, onboarding, and reporting.

Performance has been good since the integration. Support has also been solid, and the onboarding assistance made the migration and overall onboarding process quick and straightforward.
