There's absolutely no recourse when one of the providers on their site stops honoring a deal purchased through AppSumo. I understand if one of the providers goes out of business, however, a provider (RankTracker.com) stopped honoring the AppSumo deal and there was literally no recourse. The thing that was really upsetting was that their support removed my negative taco review about the product because it was too negative about the fraudulent behavior of the software provider.
