The low-cost products on their site have occasional products that are a good deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sumo? There's absolutely no recourse when one of the providers on their site stops honoring a deal purchased through AppSumo. I understand if one of the providers goes out of business, however, a provider (RankTracker.com) stopped honoring the AppSumo deal and there was literally no recourse. The thing that was really upsetting was that their support removed my negative taco review about the product because it was too negative about the fraudulent behavior of the software provider. To be candid, a company that offers a deal on AppSumo and then stops honoring the deal is a fraudulent company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Sumo solving and how is that benefiting you? I purchased one of their SEO content analytics products on their platform. The product worked initially, but after several months, the SEO tool stopped working. They requested additional payments to continue using the content SEO analytics tools, even though the SaaS product was offered as a lifetime deal.
