**What do you like best about SUMO Scheduler?**

It has completely disturbed the way I schedule appointments. The interface is less user friendly and making it difficult to create and manage my calendar. The automatic reminders are a needed.

**What do you dislike about SUMO Scheduler?**

Does not help me stay organized. Being unable to sync my schedule across all my devices. All SUMO Scheduler has consumed me so much time and cause stress. As, for things I'm not too fond of about SUMO Scheduler one drawback is the lack of customization options. This limit its flexibility for scheduling needs.

**What problems is SUMO Scheduler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The user interface feels a bit outdated. Needs to be more intuitive in areas. Disappointment is the lack of integration with calendar apps, which means having to transfer data. These limitations hinders productivity.

**What do you like best about SUMO Scheduler?**

It is difficult to use and not intuitive SUMO Scheduler. It's less user friendly and setting up appointments is difficult. The customization options are not allowing me to personalize the scheduler according to my requirements.

**What do you dislike about SUMO Scheduler?**

The automated reminders are not ensuring that I never miss any appointments. SUMO Scheduler has disturbed my scheduling process making it more hectic and stressful.

**What problems is SUMO Scheduler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the user interface of SUMO Scheduler a bit outdated and not very intuitive. It lacks design elements and confusing to navigate at times. The customization options are somewhat limited making it difficult to tailor the scheduling system to my business needs.

**What do you like best about SUMO Scheduler?**

SUMO Scheduler is difficult to use. It has made scheduling appointments and managing my calendar very hectic. The interface is not intuitive. I am unable to customize it to fit my needs.

**What do you dislike about SUMO Scheduler?**

It is difficult to integrate with my existing calendar and does not allow me to send reminders to clients. SUMO Scheduler has disturbed the way I schedule appointments, consuming me time.

**What problems is SUMO Scheduler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SUMO Scheduler is a bit cumbersome and time consuming. The interface needs to be more user friendly as it takes some time to navigate through features. There are options for customization which makes tailoring the scheduler to needs quite difficult.

SUMO impressed me by all they provide for the users, vast array of customer support, along with an API available for it's users. this & much more for an affordable price these days.

**What do you dislike about SUMO Scheduler?**

it's unfortunate that SUMO doesn't support android & iPhone platforms, and freelancers are able to take advantage of their program.

**What problems is SUMO Scheduler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we finally found a program that is reliable to not only grow our business relationships in a professional way but also assist us in retaining the customers; before SUMO, we were struggling in both these areas.

It's very unique features which is I most Like.

Everything is good, but I noticed one thing, and that is documentation. It seems that the documentation is not proper.

I was trying to do some task,  that's a resason I was use sumo scheduler

**What do you like best about SUMO Scheduler?**

Scheduling features
Working integrations were promised during the sales cycle 
Their commitment to have the implementation completed in less than 6 weeks

**What do you dislike about SUMO Scheduler?**

During the sales cycle, we were promised that integrations with Salesforce and WebEx were available when in fact that was completely false. Unfortunately, we tried to implement this software for approximately 8 months and finally gave up after commitments and deadlines  were continually missed.  They strung us along claiming they have made enhancement/fixes and each time we experienced the same error or found more issues. Being in technology for my entire career, I understand there will always be challenges with implementing new software but the real test is how a company respond when this happens. Below is what we experienced:
-  Implementation manager that was either new to the role or had very little understanding of the platform
-  Director of Customer Success that had no urgency, empathy or skill in managing these situations
-  Executives that lacked integrity and are more concerned about profit than having a great product that works

Despite dedicating a massive amount of time and resources in the hopes of making this work, the company still refused to provide any credit or relief on the fees paid. We provided undisputable examples of how they were in breach of contract but never received a response.

Do not work with this company

We could never get the integrations to work correctly. Continued to experience duplicate and missing data despite test countless new versions.

the support is not very agile in moments when more attention is needed

Would prefer more notification opens, such as text, email, phone, etc.

We need to automate scheduling since we are work from home.  This allows us to schedule for multiple people at one time for one event.

**What do you like best about SUMO Scheduler?**

I've managed our relationship with SUMO from implementation to today and can say that it's been such a huge benefit to our organization. As a growing nonprofit that places a high priority on leveraging technology to allow our direct service  providers ways to do their jobs, SUMO was a natural fit for us. The implementation process was seamless as their team was always available and very easy to work with (hey Stephen!). We're now able to more easily set up and manage user schedules. And our favorite feature has been the self-scheduler which has completely streamlined the scheduling process for follow up appointments with clients.
On top of a great product, the support team has always been responsive and helpful when working through bugs or issues.

**What do you dislike about SUMO Scheduler?**

Not much. They're open to feature requests and are responsive to getting those implemented once the use case is understood. Sometimes there are small changes in version releases that reset settings that aren't communicated ahead of time, but that's usually an easy explanation to provide to end users.

**What problems is SUMO Scheduler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self-scheduling is now available for the public, and we've been able to reduce the amount of time used to coordinate schedules by half.

**What do you like best about SUMO Scheduler?**

There are so many things I love about SUMO!  To begin with, the people are simply the best.  Supportive and there when you need them.  They've had our back when it counts.  Every time, they've gone the extra mile.  The product itself is quite robust and configurable.  Out of the box, it does the vast majority of things we need to do for Recruiting, Graduate Advising and Graduate Admissions.  We have very, very specific logic for Undergraduate Advising scheduling (crazy complex).  SUMO helped us with developing and plugging-in this logic.  It handles roughly 2,000 Undergraduate students attempting to schedule on exactly the same day.  So... Easy to use, easy to configure and very very capable with crazy nice people who have your back.

**What do you dislike about SUMO Scheduler?**

Our people are addicted to Outlook.  We schedule lots and lots of appointments all at once the first part of each semester.  This means that the native sync capability of SalesForce is insufficient to meet that demand.  Salesforce for Outlook only syncs about every 5 minutes (or more depending on circumstances).  Short of pushing the Sync button every time you schedule, there is no way to get SalesForce's native sync capability to sync at more frequent intervals.  This opens the door double-booking.

This is NOT a SUMO issue.  We solved this by also installing Riva which allows us to sync appointments every minute.  Perhaps SalesForce's Lightening Sync will someday provide more capability.  For now, the combination of SUMO and Riva is working wonderfully.

**Recommendations to others considering SUMO Scheduler:**

Leverage SUMO capability and consulting rather than taking a "do it yourself" approach.  They absolutely know their product and it was generally painless for us to become operative in a very short period of time.  They helped us through a variety of data issues and, most importantly, we went live on time, on budget and suffered only minor inconvenience with transition because SUMO was there when it counted.  No students of faculty were inconvenienced.

We have a very complex scheduling issue with our Undergraduate population.  Seven Undergraduate Advisor handle 2,000 students and all those students need to see their advisors at the beginning of each semester.  We stripe assignment by Domestic, International, Tear in School, Honors Status and GPA.  SUMO figures out who needs to see who and presents just the right scenario each time a students goes to the portal to schedule.

Beyond this, Recruiting also is beginning to leverage out-of-the-box SUMO capability.  Graduate Advising is program-specific and there is also some round-robin assignment in play.  All this is configurable.

Emails with direct links to schedule with just the right person or program.  Convenient re-scheduling capability and it al works perfectly with Salesforce.

For my company it was the seamless integration into Salesforce.

This App really delivers on what they say. They rolled out the red carpet and worked with us to make sure that we were happy with the end result. We couldn't be happier right now. 

**What problems is SUMO Scheduler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest issue was the back and forth between our team and clients. SUMO Scheduler has eliminated that and allowed a clients a very clean and seamless interface to self serve. Our clients have been so excited about this addition, we have received a lot of positive feedback about the process and new ability that they have with scheduling their meetings.

This tool has helped our students schedule appointments with our reps at a time that is convenient for them. It has really helped us spend our time on the right students. Other great bells and whistles and smooth implementation!

Viewing multiple user calendars at once is a little clunky
Does not directly sync with outlook perfectly

Allowing our customers (students) to schedule phone calls and virtual appointments with their assigned rep at a time that is convenient for them.
