I have really enjoyed Sudozi's ability to customize and tailor all aspects of the procurement process to my company's exact needs. It allows us to build custom workflows suited for specific audiences and provides us with an essential storage location of all approved spend. Also being able to approve and review Sudozi requests on the go via slack has proven to be extremely beneficial to my day to day when dealing with quick turnaround requests. The product is highly customizable, malleable, and legible in its UI. It is uncomplicated in its approach to both intake workstreams and vendor management. The exec and product teams at Sudozi are very responsive and accommodating to customers and prospects alike. It tends to compete well on price without giving up functionality. Sudozi is great to create custom request types so I can alter our workflow depending on the type of procurement being done. We are a small but mighty team and need to be as efficient as possible and Sudozi helps us do that with their tools and integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sudozi is not a procure to pay tool (yet) or a sourcing tool. We don't need either one, but if you're looking for a complete Source to Pay tool, the product is probably not what you need (yet). We trialed Sudozi as part of an effort to up-level our end-to-end Procurement processing. Sudozi provided a customizable orchestration workflow along with deep financial insights which allowed us to gain visibility, better forecast our renewals, and implement additional governance. I am unable to edit a request without canceling the current one and going back in to make the edit. It seems like a cumbersome process and too many clicks to create something simple like a typo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Light software with important & critical functions. Do not have crazy amounts of intergrations & unncessary features that force you to adapt to. (Which is uncommon in this type of softwares!!!)

2. Strong flexibility in creating spend requests and navigating the approval flow. No backend coding or complicated customer support is needed for any of these. You can do everything on the web by yourself.

3. Focusing on the core needs for compliance & procurement team.

4. Good UI & UX experience.
