"More than just channel marketing automation"
What do you like best about Structured?

Highly impressed by this platform. Not only were we able to completely customize the experience for channel partners but it also offered tools and capabilities for both marketing and sales automation. It had it a lot more than what we thought we needed. And the customer and partner support was excellent-always available and highly responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Structured?

As a large, cloud technology disrtibutor, we empowered multiple SaaS vendors to provide go-to-market content to their vast global networks of channel partners across 50+ markets. The best part is channel partners could easily cobrand vendor-provided content, which reduced the number of requests from partners to vendors.

Partners were happy because they had one place to learn about and find sales and marketing content, so they didn't have to spend hours finding what they needed to sell vendor products.

Vendors were happy becasue they had one place to enable their vast networks of partners and were able to attact new partners.

We were happy becasue the value to both vendors and partners increased the stickyness to our distribution platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Structured?

It's a new concept to streamline go-to-market activities in one place for multiple vendors and multiple networks of channel partners. There is some education that needs to happen for users to understand the value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To take full advantage of StructuredWeb's robust capabilities, you have to know what you're doing. In my opinion, the platform isn't truly at a self-service state yet. Ease of use is the first thing that comes to mind as we were able to quickly and easily launch the system and allow our global teams to manage and maintain the content directly from the portal with little training. Because of this, we were able to quickly scale and build out thousands of partners under our brand umbrella while providing them with tools to create cobranded assets in multiple languages across dozens of markets. What I appreciate about the team is they never fail to impress in regards to post-implementation support and platform modifications. StructuredWeb helped us build the first multi-vendor portal that provided vendors with GTM resources. We were able to launch quickly with a flexible portal that granted our global teams access to manage and maintain content on their own. The reporting was available at various levels (aggregate, partner, user, campaign) across all tactics and activities and was significantly robust. StructuredWeb increased partner engagement.
