**What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

Stayntouch  a modern and futuristic hotel software that is simple and easy to use. It has a great user friendly layout which allows for easy navigation through different features. Training makes easy within half the time that is usually required when adapting to a new software. Reporting is easy with many filters. The customer support team is fantastic in person as well as via the 24/7 helpdesk portal.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

The guest statistic report needs improvement for accurate data reporting. The group process needs some tweaking as well. It would be nice to have the option to merge duplicate guest profile as well as the option to delete or merge multiple entry of an OTA profile.

**What problems is StayNTouch Cloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stayntouch makes it easy and simple to enhance a guest self check-in experience. On a mobile device guest process a self check-in, provide us with their estimated time of arrival, with any special request and upgrade options which is a great for extra revenue.

**What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

We began using StaynTouch as we opened our boutique hotel and have since rolled it out to our other two properties.  The initial setup was made simple by expert training staff who have remained accessible.  Having a designated contact makes it simple to fulfill all of our needs.  We also enjoy the ability to specify the homepage to a user's needs, as well as the expansive reporting options and integrations.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

Some aspects of the software are limited.  Workarounds are always available, which is a plus, but it would be great if all of our needs could be met without the team getting together first to find a solution.

**Recommendations to others considering StayNTouch Cloud PMS:**

This is a great starter PMS and especially wonderful for smaller hotels, although we have now implemented StaynTouch at two of our other properties, one of which is significantly larger.

**What problems is StayNTouch Cloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the highlights of using StaynTouch has been the ability for our guests to complete a pre-check-in process which allows us to screen their needs and also cuts down on contact at the front desk.  StaynTouch also allows us to easily monitor our financials and manage costs.

**What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

StayNTouch is a simple and easy to use PMS system, it is very intuitive in regards to to how and where to complete actions and the layout is very user friendly. The reporting in the system is excellent and allows for data to be extracted into excel simply or integrated with other partners for business analytics. The implementation of the PMS was super easy and the team at StayNTouch provided great service throughout the training. In terms of customer service, the team are fantastic and queries are answered quickly, they are always willing to listen to feedback on improvements.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

There could be further improvements made in terms of group functionality and reporting for groups but development has been completed and it stills works for us as it is, a few tweaks would be nice!

**What problems is StayNTouch Cloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations have been key for us, StayNTouch has helped us to achieve the goal of offering our guests a seamless and contactless check in, during stay and check out experience. It has transformed our front of house operations and allowed for increased flexibility in how we operate and manage our teams.

**What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

Easy to Use and it can be easily taught to new Hotel Staff from the Front Office team to the Head Housekeeper. It follows the same principles of a classic PMS but in a much nicer look and feel. Plenty of API Integrations to choose from and we love their customer support.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

Financial Reports need a slight improvement. We hope that they will remove the limit of 92 days for a checked-in room. Due to Covid-19, we are selling many of our rooms for Long stay guests. Using the System on a mobile phone device is giving you limited information about inhouse guests and it is useful for Housekeeping purposes only

**What problems is StayNTouch Cloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working in the Cloud has been a great experience especially during the time that we were forced to close our property for Covid-19. Connecting to other Systems over API has been a success.

**What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

What i like the most is the fact that it is really simple to learn how to work with, we have a great assistance team in case if we need it. And the best thing is that you find things easily because it is intuitive with the construction f the sytem, the colors, indicators...
We all had a formation before the arrival of the system, a person from the system by visioconference explained us the basics and how it works. It is really good, that helped us to keep the team calm and not worried about the fact of changing the system of the hotel.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

I have nothing for now that I don't like about the system. Maybe when I don't have my computer with me I like to go and check on my phone. I can do it, but I don't have access for exemple to the number of person, little details like that. 
But it is not the most important thing. Then, maybe it is our organization for the group, but we have to contact someone of the management for creating society profil, or we could do it directly.

**What problems is StayNTouch Cloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find it faster than the old system we had. Learn to the team to work with that systele is easier than before. And the option "checked out with balance" allows us to isolate a reservation that we are waiting for the payment without making an account that will be forgotten with time.

I like that it is simple and easy to train new employees in the system, even without them having previous experience in the industry.
If you have a good network connection, very few outcomes are experienced in contrast to other systems.
The support is effecient and easily accessible.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

For certain features one has to use many clicks, could be effective with multiple shortcuts.
One has to pull reports for overview insights, but these are very simple and clear.

**Recommendations to others considering StayNTouch Cloud PMS:**

I am generally really happy with the system and collaboration with the StayNtouch employees.
I appreciate that wishes for development and functions are taken care of.

With StayNtouch as PMS we can focus on guest service and sales. 
With them onboard we haven't just got a supplier, we have got a valuable co-worker.
The support is really good at understanding the challenges you may experience when working in the front.

**What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

We love using StayNTouch because:
-It is super easy to use (user-friendly)
-It is a great price vs its competitors
-It is cloud-based and can be used on any device
-It continues to get better as users make suggestions
-It integrates seamlessly with our PMS and accounting software

We've been using StayNTouch since we opened in late 2019 and we've been very happy to the point that we are considering using it for any new properties we bring into the portfolio.  For our size of property (under 100 rooms) we don't need anything more.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

If I were being critical I would change:
-It is great for our small hotel, but I see that if we had a more complicated operation it may not be the best choice. 
-Some of the folio and account management parts are hard to reconcile and export to manage in Excel or spreadsheet.

There are other suggestions that I have sent to them and they are pretty responsive on seeing if they can add to their next update.

**What problems is StayNTouch Cloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a solid PMS to run our hotel that integrated well with our F&B PMS and accounting software.  We found the integrations were great and the added benefit was that it was super easy to use and manage due to its interface.

**What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

This is a PMS that was built for now and the future. When I was looking at changing our tech stack over 3 years ago, I looked around and StayNTouch stood out. It was built in the CLoud, it was built for the Mobile. It was built with the new traveler in mind.
Hospitality is changing, and the pandemic speeds the process up dramatically.

I love all the Self features. Guests can check themselves in on Mobil or Via a kiosk, they can pick up their own keys, check themselves out. Upgrade their rooms and so much more.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

Everything about this product fits the bill if you are looking to move your business into a new way of hospitality.

If you are looking to move your business into the new age of hospitality then do not hesitate..

I had an old PMS that was built for the old way of hoteling. StayNtouch meets all the requirements for today.

All the self systems built into the PMS allows us to do way more with less.

**What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

this software is colorful, intuitive, easy to use and efficient.
the reports menu is very complete 
the accounts receivable menu is highly developed 
it is compatible with our future CRM

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

the way of encoding the keys does not work very well 
it goes through Safelock but it doesn't work, as if the connection between the two was not good, the support is on the backrest.

**Recommendations to others considering StayNTouch Cloud PMS:**

just click on the button to get the information, ultra colorful software, easy, fast, and with very complete menus. 
it is more intuitive than others

**What problems is StayNTouch Cloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

when creating a reservation, it is not possible to write the customer's name on the credit card that will be registered in the software. 
it's a pity, because often we have to make the difference between two cards (the virtual card of the agency and the personal credit card of the client).

**What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

StayNTouch Rover PMS is extremely easy to use and adapt. Configuration can be done in house easily and you do not have to pay every time to have a support for small changes in the system. Support is great, usually you will have the issue solved on the same day if you answer their questions as fast as they do. Also extremely easy for self-check-in and out making it simpler for our guests to go through the process without hassle.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

Some reports could be more flexible on filters in order to gather the needed information as well as history of guests, since many book trough OTAs over and over, we could have an easy way of merging to same history if we see it is the same guest.

Nationality reports, guest's list for mkt actions, configuration of new rate codes etc

The best thing about Rover StayNTouch is how simple and easy it is to use. Even if you never have worked at a hotel before you can understand the basics of the system simply by looking at it.  It saves us a lot of time and effort when we´re hiring someone new

The system is fairly young  and some obvious things is missing. 
Sometimes it feels like the helpdesk don´t want to understand the issues we got

Go for it. It´s modern, easy and quick to learn. It makes all other pms looks old and boring

We save a lot of time in our day to day work witch gives us time to focus on other things.
It´s very easy to send invoices and keep track of them afterwords

**What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

StayNTouch as a great user interface that is easy to learn and navigate and gives users what they need without overwhelming them with unnecessary information. It is also really robust with how many tools are built straight into the software. Lot's of API integrations are available. We've seen significant improvements in their technical and customer service over the past 2 years.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

Their reporting options could be more robust. We are able to get more robust reporting using SNT's data out of 3rd party plug ins than we are directly from the PMS.

**What problems is StayNTouch Cloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StayNTouch is our hotel property management software. It has a robust set of tools built in and through it's guest interfaces has driven incremental revenue through add-ons and upgrades, all fully automated.

**What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

StaynTouch is easy to use and understand.  You can effectively manage your hotel in all areas.  The best part is that you can access your PMS from your mobile device.  They also have how to do videos this is a great benefit when training new staff members on board.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

The reporting side can be improved.  There are a few reports that cannot be downloaded on PDF file.  When using Schedule Export Reports you cannot export using a PDF file it will exported using Excel format.  This is one of the down sides.

**What problems is StayNTouch Cloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have not had any problems.  We had a few hiccups after the integration but the problems have been solve.  The one major complain we had was that you needed to create a ticket so you can get from customer support.  This was very frustrating since it was time consuming when you had a simple question and needed the answer right away.  Response time was long,  This requirement has been cancel.  We can call customer support at any time and you will received the help right away.

The functionality and ease of use is second to none. It makes training for all departments very ease and less time consuming. Overall, this is the best PMS system our staff has used. Also, Damon Jones is the man, A+ customer service from that gentleman.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

Sometimes the load time can be extensive, especially lately. Other than the load times for some parts of the PMS, everything else has been exceptional.

Our front desk has been able to easily access all of our rates, both public and corporate, and has been able to easily book guest over the phone or walk-ins. It has reduced phone time and has helped increase our amount of direct sells where a huge majority of our bookings are now direct!

Great Functionality, customer service, and very easy to use. StayNTouch is very user friendly. They are constantly improving the system and their reports are helpful tools. All of our associates love StayNTouch!

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

Constant updates of features while still working to improve reporting. StayNTouch has been extremely persistent in updating their product over the past few years, and adding new features based on the feedback they receive from us and other clients. Some minor functionality and features are missing. The team is pushing the envelop to get us to rethink if they are necessary. Time will tell as we attempt alternatives.

**Recommendations to others considering StayNTouch Cloud PMS:**

I compare this product to the Apple vs Android, with it being as easy and dependable as Apple has been for people.

Less time training staff as it is so easy to teach. Accessibility to all essential functions makes this software much easier to use and improves productivity within the team.

**What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

Training and support are excellent and responsive. There are many integrations that enable us to streamline our technology stack with our guest communication and event management software. Plenty of training videos for ease of user experience and learning curve.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

There are certain features we'd like to be able to utilize and after submitting a feature request, most are common among other properties.  For example, one is being able to delete room types even after they've been assigned to previous reservations.  We have the need to change our types as the market has changed. We'd like to see one quick dashboard that shows what we did in revenue last month and what's on the books for this month.  This is difficult to see without multiple reports and then us manipulating them.

Guests being able to utilize contactless check in and check out.

**What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

The system is very easy to learn our team likes the modern, simple user interface. Setup and deployment were very efficient. We have the software running on iPADs at the front desk makes check-ins/outs less transactional and more interactive, which ultimately elevates the guest experience. We are able to get a digital signature at check-in and also use the upsell functionality to show images of our premium room types. Another benefit has been the ability to easily integrate with our other systems, i.e POS, CRS, Digital Key, CRM, Guest Engagement system etc.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

During our transition there were some minor functions that we were accustomed to in our old system but have since been able to work through. Group configuration takes a few extra steps but is manageable.

Easy of use and user friendly it links in really well with our business and covers our requirements. Staff like it and it adds to our guest service.

Its a bit slow and a move from more traditional PMS systems so more experienced staff need to embrace the change more than newcomers to the industry

Learning issues and how best to utilise the system. We've been operating with it for a year now so its early days given the current disruption. It is easier to use once you are up to speed on its facilities.

I enjoy the ease of check in and check out.  this gives the teams the ability to focus on the guest interaction, rather than the PMS interaction

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

A  small issue - the reporting is lacking a bit.  It is hard to drill down to specific info if you need a custom report.

being able to complete all work where ever you are, from check in to group blocks and more.  having access to this 24 hours a day has been a huge benefit

This software has been very easy to use and implement. It is an easy program to train new colleagues on as well.  StaynTouch has made multiple updates for inventory management making daily tasks a lot more efficient. They have implemented routine updates to make sure the software is running at its best.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

There are limitations to reports that can be run or scheduled. There is also no way to remove old room types.

Stayntouch has simplified inventories and updating issues.

I like the look and feel of the program.  It feels like an Office program, with single button navigation and ease of getting from one window to another

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

Needs to expand on reports.  I.e. no room move report.  also, needs to work with Delphi and Windsurfer.  Been trying to get these to work for a long time

Speed of service is increased.  almost no lag time or down time from program.  Also, with simplified steps on check in and out, increased service speed.

I think that Rover is very easy to learn if you are new with booking systems. You can easally see all the diffrent choices, like arrivals, departures, stayovers.
You don´t need to use short commandos, you can use the computer  mousetp click on every tab.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

When you have a guest in the house that is checked in, and he wants to make a new reservation for another date. I think that there should be a button to press in the staycard to make a new reservation for the guest. 

And then if the guest likes to pay everything upon arrival there is many buttons to press before the total sum is there and you have make the payment.

**Recommendations to others considering StayNTouch Cloud PMS:**

All the manuals how to use Rover you can find in Stay in Touch. They also have short film manuals for example How to make a reservation etc.

**What problems is StayNTouch Cloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes so long time before the guest has payed beacause of all the clicks you have to make in Rover. 

I like that problem we had in the beginning  when we first started using Rover now is updated and fixed. Rover has new updates often wich is good.

**What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

This system is very easy to rollout, it is very intuitive to use, easy to customize  based on your property's needs, and has minimal startup fees which are all very important to business; especially small business.  It is cloud based so there are no servers to maintain, and that also allows for consistent updates to the product that are seamless.  These updates keep the system current or ahead of the curve based on what travelers are looking for in their hotel experience  on a consistent basis vs. every couple year updates that require a lot of planning and training.

**What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?**

It is designed for tablet use, so some functionality is a little clunky when using a desktop (scrolling in particular); but we primarily use on tablet.

**Recommendations to others considering StayNTouch Cloud PMS:**

Have a demo with one of the representatives and ask lots of questions.  It is a versatile product for big and small but make sure it is the right fit for what you are looking at for your property

**What problems is StayNTouch Cloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StayNTouch is a cloud based PMS system that offers a small inn like ours the technology functionality that travelers have grown accustomed to when staying in larger/branded hotels.  This technology has been particularly helpful during Covid-19 where contact free check-in/check-out has grown in importance.  It also allows us to keep guest history profiles for us to maintain our guests preferences so that we can better cater to their needs on future visits to our property.

Occasional glitch in the rooms inventory syncing with the Reservations system.  But the help desk is always great and fixes everything quickly.

The reporting functions are amazing for all types of analysis.

Guest satisfaction and ability to create and keep guest profiles up to date with pertinent data.  Ability to capture email addresses for feedback and guest surveys.

The training!  The hands on training is phenomenal by the staff during buildout.

Stay N Touch is user-friendly and intuitive. The helpdesk and customer service representatives are prompt and reliable.

Front Office staff occasionally experience glitching or outages where the system will refresh back to the Dashboard unprompted. Sometimes buttons and fields will not populate correctly.

StayNTouch is very user friendly and easy to train new staff members during on boarding. The fact that the system is web-based make is easy for our operational departments to access from anywhere, whether it be from home to help out on site staff or throughout the building via mobile access turning the house for housekeeping. Fresh Desk has valuable training tools.

Opportunity for enhanced  reporting,  if there is a need for new features the voting feature is not the most user friendly.

The best thing about switching to StayNtouch is the easy format, the quick reply from support and the access that you can log on from wherever you are.

The negative points I have found while using this platform is the many clicks needed to enter reservations and guest bills. However it is very easy to search and find reservations directly on the main dashboard that makes up for it.

We have a program that all colleagues can understand, follow and help eachother with. It is easy to find reservations and help guests quickly.

It's working very slow at the moment so it's getting stressful  when you have a line of guests waiting. I'm also missing an easy way to make a serie of bookings for the same guest or company.
