What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

Stayntouch a modern and futuristic hotel software that is simple and easy to use. It has a great user friendly layout which allows for easy navigation through different features. Training makes easy within half the time that is usually required when adapting to a new software. Reporting is easy with many filters. The customer support team is fantastic in person as well as via the 24/7 helpdesk portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

The guest statistic report needs improvement for accurate data reporting. The group process needs some tweaking as well. It would be nice to have the option to merge duplicate guest profile as well as the option to delete or merge multiple entry of an OTA profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stayntouch makes it easy and simple to enhance a guest self check-in experience. On a mobile device guest process a self check-in, provide us with their estimated time of arrival, with any special request and upgrade options which is a great for extra revenue. What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

We began using StaynTouch as we opened our boutique hotel and have since rolled it out to our other two properties. The initial setup was made simple by expert training staff who have remained accessible. Having a designated contact makes it simple to fulfill all of our needs. What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

Some aspects of the software are limited. Workarounds are always available, which is a plus, but it would be great if all of our needs could be met without the team getting together first to find a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the highlights of using StaynTouch has been the ability for our guests to complete a pre-check-in process which allows us to screen their needs and also cuts down on contact at the front desk. What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

StayNTouch is a simple and easy to use PMS system, it is very intuitive in regards to to how and where to complete actions and the layout is very user friendly. The reporting in the system is excellent and allows for data to be extracted into excel simply or integrated with other partners for business analytics. The implementation of the PMS was super easy and the team at StayNTouch provided great service throughout the training. There could be further improvements made in terms of group functionality and reporting for groups but development has been completed and it stills works for us as it is, a few tweaks would be nice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

Easy to Use and it can be easily taught to new Hotel Staff from the Front Office team to the Head Housekeeper. It follows the same principles of a classic PMS but in a much nicer look and feel. What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

Financial Reports need a slight improvement. We hope that they will remove the limit of 92 days for a checked-in room. Due to Covid-19, we are selling many of our rooms for Long stay guests. Using the System on a mobile phone device is giving you limited information about inhouse guests and it is useful for Housekeeping purposes only Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

What i like the most is the fact that it is really simple to learn how to work with, we have a great assistance team in case if we need it. And the best thing is that you find things easily because it is intuitive with the construction f the sytem, the colors, indicators...

We all had a formation before the arrival of the system, a person from the system by visioconference explained us the basics and how it works. It is really good, that helped us to keep the team calm and not worried about the fact of changing the system of the hotel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

I have nothing for now that I don't like about the system. Maybe when I don't have my computer with me I like to go and check on my phone. I can do it, but I don't have access for exemple to the number of person, little details like that.

But it is not the most important thing. Then, maybe it is our organization for the group, but we have to contact someone of the management for creating society profil, or we could do it directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it faster than the old system we had. Learn to the team to work with that systele is easier than before. And the option "checked out with balance" allows us to isolate a reservation that we are waiting for the payment without making an account that will be forgotten with time. I like that it is simple and easy to train new employees in the system, even without them having previous experience in the industry.

If you have a good network connection, very few outcomes are experienced in contrast to other systems.

For certain features one has to use many clicks, could be effective with multiple shortcuts.

What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

We love using StayNTouch because:

-It is super easy to use (user-friendly)

-It is a great price vs its competitors

-It is cloud-based and can be used on any device

-It continues to get better as users make suggestions

-It integrates seamlessly with our PMS and accounting software

We've been using StayNTouch since we opened in late 2019 and we've been very happy to the point that we are considering using it for any new properties we bring into the portfolio. For our size of property (under 100 rooms) we don't need anything more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

If I were being critical I would change:

-It is great for our small hotel, but I see that if we had a more complicated operation it may not be the best choice.

-Some of the folio and account management parts are hard to reconcile and export to manage in Excel or spreadsheet.

What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

This is a PMS that was built for now and the future. When I was looking at changing our tech stack over 3 years ago, I looked around and StayNTouch stood out. It was built in the CLoud, it was built for the Mobile. It was built with the new traveler in mind.

Hospitality is changing, and the pandemic speeds the process up dramatically.

I love all the Self features. Guests can check themselves in on Mobil or Via a kiosk, they can pick up their own keys, check themselves out. Upgrade their rooms and so much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

this software is colorful, intuitive, easy to use and efficient.

the reports menu is very complete

the accounts receivable menu is highly developed

What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

the way of encoding the keys does not work very well

when creating a reservation, it is not possible to write the customer's name on the credit card that will be registered in the software.

What do you like best about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?

StayNTouch Rover PMS is extremely easy to use and adapt. Configuration can be done in house easily and you do not have to pay every time to have a support for small changes in the system. Support is great, usually you will have the issue solved on the same day if you answer their questions as fast as they do. Also extremely easy for self-check-in and out making it simpler for our guests to go through the process without hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some reports could be more flexible on filters in order to gather the needed information as well as history of guests, since many book trough OTAs over and over, we could have an easy way of merging to same history if we see it is the same guest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
