This refers to non-essential things. • One issue is that you cannot create a master account for a company with several headquarters, necessitating a workaround and making statistics with rate codes **What problems is StayNTouch Cloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** • All in one solution (mobile check in as well as self check in option) ### 6. The UI is easier to use. It's simple and so far I actually like it. **What do you dislike about StayNTouch Cloud PMS?** The interfacing issues are fixed by work arounds. I would rather have solid running interfaces but that's the growing pains I guess. **Recommendations to others considering StayNTouch Cloud PMS:** Make sure it can interface with all your stuff first! **What problems is StayNTouch Cloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easier to use for our staff.
