Staffing Referrals has become essential to our company, helping us grow 10x while exciting our talent. The best part is we hardly have to lift a finger! I'm so glad we decided to try it because the ROI has been amazing. Huge shoutout to Rachelle—she’s been a tremendous help and still is. I highly recommend using Staffing Referrals!

Really nothing. Onboaridng was easy and so is the UI. I truly have no issues.

I like the seemlessness of managing referral coming in and out, plus having ambassadors to literally help filling in needs is such a great way to network and open oprtunities for people who are trying to look for to earn extra cash!

nothing really. I just love the over-all features and latent potential that you can get with the platform.

**What do you like best about Staffing Referrals?**

Staffing Referrals stands out with its user-friendly platform. The interface allows you to easily create and post my jobs to social sites like LinkedIn and also review and schedul calls with potential referral candidates. I use the platform every week for posting and sharing new jobs.  I also like how Staffing Referrals promotes transparency and communication throughout the hiring journey with real-time updates on referral statuses, allowing those who referred a candidate and are ellgble for a referral bonus, the ability to stay informed at every stage of the process. Staffing Referrals has certainly earned its place as a reliable and efficient staffing solution in the ever-evolving landscape of talent acquisition.

**What do you dislike about Staffing Referrals?**

My only dislike is I find the communication templates to be a bit spam-ish but they do allow for editing and customizing the messages to what I feel aligns with my style.

**What problems is Staffing Referrals solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform allows me to create and utilize my extensive network to generate candidate leads that will ultimately be better qualified for the market I serve. The direct benefit to me is a more efficient, transparent, and quality-focused recruitment process that leads to the selection of candidates.

Everyone likes a good referral bonus, especially when all the work is done for you behind the scenes. Saves me valuble recruiting time, allows me to do my job effectively.

She's so resourceful and approachable if there are any questions. 

Referrals are by far the best lead source these days.  I've gotten countless referrals and placements as a result of the Staffing Referrals platform.

I can't imagine recruiting without the automation of  Staffing Referrals.

Staffing Referrals has the technology rocket fuel to launch traditional referral programs to places you never thought they could go! It's easy for our teams to utilize and integrates with our ATS so tracking/reporting is a breeze. They also have amazing people behind the platform that are constantly looking to improve the interface and add new features, while providing interstellar customer service. Our return on investment (ROI) results have been amazing and keep us renewing year after year!

Staffing Referrals acts as our single source of truth for candidate referrals. The technology allows us the tracking, communication, and reporting our traditional referral program desperately needed to unify and expand!

The best thing about the Staffing Referrals, is that it does everything for us. We don't have to manually put any information in for the referrals for our talents.

There isn't really anything that I dislike about Staffing referrals as we are just getting to use them.

**What problems is Staffing Referrals solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Staffing Referrals is that I don't have to manually put anyone's information in. It does it for me when an email is sent to the talent and they click on it and it signs them up.  It is less of my time but also keeps me informed of whom of my talents have signed up for it.

Their support team is top knotch. They are extremely helpful, kind, responsive, fix issues quickly and are even game for teaming up to take on our ATS to create a better integration that works the way we want it to.

Having to constantly monitor our lists to see if the referrals are eligible, and communications - since its not with our normal automation platform, it is something we haven't focused on yet (so I dislike it right now only because we have yet to really dug into it).

**What problems is Staffing Referrals solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Staffing Referrals, we couldn't give you a proper measurement of how many of our placements came from referrals, we couldn't even put together a solid number for how much we spent in referral bonuses. Now, our data is clear. We are more aware of our referrals and have a little bit more of a clear path on who referred them.

Staffing Referrals helps you automate your referrals so referrals don't fall through the cracks.  The implementation was easy and the is there with you every step of the way.  It helps you organize your referrals in one place, integrates well with most ATS platforms and makes referrals easily searchable.  The team and customer service Staffing Referrals provides is simply the best.  Staffing Referrals software is worth the money invested and you will see an ROI very quickly.

Referral payouts is still a manual process for us.  Staffing Referrals is working on this but something that could be improved.

No referrals get lost.  We get referred to new candidates every week and Staffing Referrals assists in keeping them all in one spot.

It is very easy as a company to track referrals sent to us. Being able to use the link also makes it easy for employees to send out to others looking for a job.

I do think it would be helpful if staffing referrals had a section for employees to write a summary of their experience. For example for staffing trades "list skills experience", "how many years of experience do you have in the trade?", "What projects have you worked on?".

The biggest problem it is solving is making it easy to use for those referring. The easier a process is the more likey our employee is to use it.

There is nothing I dislike.  It has been nothing but positive.

Being able to track referrals.  Without staffing referrals, it is easy for referrals to slip through the cracks.  This makes it very easy to track and when my Ambassadors are incentivized, it makes them more eager to continue to refer

Referral management.  We have automated our entire referral program.  From the invitation, signup, applicant intake, and payout.  This used to be managed (poorly) by a team.  Now our referrals program is managed by 2 employees and takes them on average 2 hours/week.

It allows us to easily connect with friends and family of our current associates. There's no massive payment to job platforms every month. We can capture the "lowest-hanging fruit" and get people in the door faster and cheaper.

We've had some issues with the adoption of our team. We sometimes wish that the platform was easier to explain and implement among our staff. We've also run into issues with Staffing Referrals' connection to our ATS, but the majority of those problems have been resolved.

We're trying to find ways to move away from dropping massive amounts of cash on job platforms month after month. Tapping our current staff for new staff is so much easier.

I like working with Rachelle and Sydney. They are always quick to respond to our questions and will do anything needed to help us. Extremely knowledgeable as well. We've got a lot of placements from working with Staffing Referrals.

I wish they had an easy way to add a call-to-action button on each individual job (at scale) that would allow a visitor of our job board to refer that specific job to one of their friends.

The software isn't difficult, but it's not easy either.  I would ask for more training.   Right now, every time I need something, I email my rep and she quickly sends me a video to answer my question, which is just great.  But, I would really like some type of formalized training.  I think that would help.

Hi, I have been working on Staffing Referrals and like this initiative. The best part is I'm receiving referral candidates on a frequent basis which are usually not available on other sources like job portals and LinkedIn since these are direct referrals and kind of exclusive. I made placement from Staffing Referral and earned a huge commission amount which couldn't have been possible if I wasn't using it since the candidate was a passive job seeker and didn't have a LinkedIn and never updated his profile on any other job portal as well. This initiative also motivates the candidate to refer as many candidates as they can who are trustworthy and available to work on our company's project exclusively due to good relationship-building activities generated through Staffing Referrals.

I like Staffing referrals and cannot think of anything negative now.

All Staffing Agencies Should Start using their services as it is a great way to attract candidates looking for new jobs. Most of these candidates are not easily visible on other job portals. 
It is also a great way to promote Staffing Agency's Brand name in the market as candidate feels good to be offered a reward for their efforts to help their friends and colleagues get new jobs. They are also helping Agencies make additional placements. Both the referral candidate and their friend/colleague feels motivated to help others and will be rewarded additionally leading to an increasing network.

I'm able to source exclusive IT and Non-IT candidates through them who are mostly passive job seekers(not commonly visible on Job portals) who only trust us because we placed their friends on our projects or tried deploying them on our clients. Not only when we place people but it helps in relationship building as it increases our candidate pool eventually leading to more placements.

It is helpful that their resumes are sent right into their files. I have had lots of success with nurses sharing their links within FB Nursing groups.

It would be nice to have a way to automatically track who is ready to get their bonus' (after their 6wks on contract). I would also like a way to further customize the business card screen and include information like experience, biographies, recommendations or reviews from other travelers.

We like the fact that Staffing Referrals is making improvements with implementing and linking with our software program Avionte Bold. Once that is in place it should save time for our recruiters by auto sending the referral link and tracking the referred workers automatically.

The only dislike of the program was that the recruiters had to do a lot of manual entry in which they would hardly take advantage of the software. That is being fixed now.

If you are considering using Staffing Referrals get a good contact to work with. Once implemented that rep will be a good source of training and creating your future road maps with the software.

Staffing Referrals is allowing us to reach a broader base of construction workers by inviting a brand ambassador to contact more available workers who are not involved with us yet. The benefit is getting a broader reach of workers. Allows us to have a referral program where anyone can become a brand ambassador and refer workers that we might have never heard from before.

That all referrals are located in a simple easy-to-read spreadsheet! Someone can check the status of a referee and see if they start or when payment is paid. AND Customer Service is top-notch!

I have only 1 minor dislike, that a new hire doesn't get a referral link to share until they either have an interview or start working. But they call me between to refer someone that I can forget or not enter soon enough!!

From a functionality/feature standpoint, the thing I like best is that it frees up my staff from keeping track of Referral Bonuses from referral to payout.  Outside of that, the SR staff is always great; regular people who love to help brainstorm for your organization.

The interface and function of the dashboards are still new, so they're figuring it out.  It's tough to say I dislike it because they're regularly making efforts to improve it, which I appreciate.

**What problems is Staffing Referrals solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Going to sound repetitive, but we're solving the mathematical and calendar gymnastics of tracking bonuses.  We're also solving the problem of referral requests dying at the 2nd layer (Recruiter>Candidate); our Candidates are able to share referral opportunities with their individual networks at the leisure and discretion.  We don't normally have access to someone else's entire network of friends and family.
