**What do you like best about spoon.tech?**

Very intuitive, powerful and easy-to-use tool to onboard, train and re-train team members. Versatile across different knowledge areas and use cases. Very helpful to get people up to speed and keep them there.

**What do you dislike about spoon.tech?**

No downsides really. Works smoothly once initial content is set-up. Very helpful and engaged customer support.

Onboarding, Training and Re-Training of the entire Restaurant Team in an easy, scaleable way.

**What do you like best about spoon.tech?**

SpoonTech has transformed our employee training process. The platform's interactive modules make learning engaging, and the real-time feedback means immediate identification of training gaps. In short, SpoonTech has streamlined our onboarding, elevating our service quality.

**What do you dislike about spoon.tech?**

Adapting to spoon.tech required a slight learning curve for some of our long-standing employees who were accustomed to traditional training methods. However, with a bit of patience and support, they soon adapted and now appreciate the benefits it brings.

**What problems is spoon.tech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SpoonTech has solves the gap in  employee training process, in a business where turnover is very high. Faster and better training means a steeper learning curve and less use of resources (managers time, loss in productivity) during the training process.
