What do you like best about WelcomeScreen?

We love using Welcome Screen! It’s a simple and professional way to greet our guests right through our TVs. Setup was simple, and now every group that arrives feels noticed and valued the moment they walk in. What do you dislike about WelcomeScreen?

I have no complaints. Again, Welcome Screen has been absolutely incredible for our camp! We’ve had so many compliments on how personal and welcoming it feels to see their name or group highlighted right on the TV. The software is easy to use, customizable, and reliable—we can’t imagine hosting without it now. It has completely transformed the way we greet our guests and sets the perfect tone for their stay. What do you like best about WelcomeScreen?

As a guest experience expert, I value the ability to provide personalized welcome messages, background music, property details, local recommendations, and concierge services all in one seamless platform. It allows me to elevate every detail beyond the norm and create a truly memorable stay, setting the perfect tone for our guests’ arrival.

With the new ability to add background videos, we can now enhance the experience even further: for our Florida properties, a calming beach video to welcome guests after a day of travel; for our Nashville properties, an energetic downtown video to get guests excited about arriving in a high-energy city. What do you dislike about WelcomeScreen?

We don’t have any dislikes about the platform itself. We did recently encounter an issue with what we believe is the integration with OwnerRez, which prevented the most recent guest list from pulling over correctly. "Love this innovative product for my short term rentals"
What do you like best about WelcomeScreen?

Not only do I love welcome screen as a great way to provide my guests with a welcoming message when they arrive at one of my eight short term rental properties, but I am able to provide them with all the information they need to enjoy their stay at one of my properties. Furthermore, the responsiveness and customer service if the Welcome Screen is through the roof. I highly recommend that short term rental owners, and managers subscribe to welcome screen now. What do you like best about WelcomeScreen?

The professional look of the screen and the environment it creates with the music. It feels like you are in a posh hotel and the music is vital to give our guests a calm and welcoming atmosphere, despite whatever travel day they would have had.
