You can't backup from Google and then restore to Microsoft or vice versa. This would help make migrations significantly easier and something spin should really look into. I also think they could benefit from a client based back up solution. In some cases, we need a client on a desktop or a server as the data does not play well with Google or Microsoft Cloud Storages. For us, the software works very well within Google and Microsoft environments...even backing things up that other tools cannot see like the consolidated "virtual" folders in Google Drive when local directories are synced to Drive.
