We also have a lot of control over user functionality such as assigning different levels of security to groups depending on operational needs. We are very impressed with how user-friendly the Spin.ai system is and sleep a lot better at night knowing our business data is protected. **What do you dislike about SpinOne?** I hope their next iteration will be able to distinguish between internal data sharing and external. Almost all of the alerts I receive are documents shared between employees as they collaborate. I am more interested in alerts when data is shared with outside emails. **What problems is SpinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** With increases in cybersecurity threats to small businesses, we sought ways to back up and secure our company data. We quickly learned that the available options are numerous and the technical jargon that we were expected to know is beyond confusing. Luckily, our information consultant recommended Spin ai. Easy to add users data to be included in the backups. Restorations are just as easy as the initial setup. Ability to restore a users data to a different location when needed. Ransomware resistant backups. **What do you dislike about SpinOne?** Requires upgraded plans to backup more than once per day. Support responsiveness could be better. **What problems is SpinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** Microsoft 365 and Google do not provide backups for customer email or data storage (OneDrive, Sharepoint, Google Drive, etc). Sure they have an archive function and you may be able to restore an item after it's removed in the past 2-4 weeks, but that isn't a backup solution. And why would you rely on a backup of a system that is stored on the same system? You shouldn't. SpinOne provides an easy to implement and use backup solution for these environments. I've been using SpinOne for 5 years to backup Google Workspaces and Microsoft 365 environments. Fast forward to the end of that contract - we couldn't wait to change providers and when we started doing our due diligence, SpinOne appeared again on our radar. After chatting with the sales team they again were on our short list and this time we made the correct call and went with them. Our experience with them so far has been phenomenal. Onboarding was smooth, and the issues that we did come across were handled quickly. It's really "set it and forget it" and I'm happy to report that I don't usually have to bug them because literally everything just works the way it's supposed to. We're looking forward to increasing our package so we can take advantage of more features in the higher tiers, and I have no doubt that they'll deliver on those fronts as well. **What do you dislike about SpinOne?** This is probably common with most providers, but we're always reminded of what we don't have in our package. All the options for their platform are shown but when you click on them it says that it requires an upgrade to a different package. No problem, we know what we bought. It's a reminder (and a tease) of what we can get at some point in the future. The interface is pretty clean, however there was an issue that I discovered on accident where someone's data wasn't backing up. There wasn't an easy way to see if anyone else was experiencing that issue but tha'ts something they quickly could verify on the backend. My account rep was able to help me figure out an option that worked best for our needs but it wasn't totally straight forward. I do want to specify that we didn't end up paying for a lot of options that we won't use, but I wouldn't have been able to properly sign up without some help.
